Fantastic experience: I had Shannon for most of my lessons and she was a very helpful and kind driving instructor. No matter what mistake I made she still made me feel like a confident driver, and I highly appreciate her concern into me becoming a good, as well as a safe driver on the road! I also had Kevin for a few of my driving hours, and he was a very calming and understanding driving instructor!

I had Shannon and Mr.Flynn for most of my lessons which were both great. I remember having Shannon for my very first lesson and she just made driving lessons so fun and having her as an instructor made me look forward to my lessons. I loved driving with Shannon and she had an awesome personality. She showed compassion and actually cares about her students which helped me gain confidence with driving. She helped me gain confidence when driving, and gives good driving and life advice as a whole. I absolutely love her personality and the informative stories she tells me, and she's really easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend A & B driving as they put out safe drivers into the world, and the instructors seem to really care about their students!

Negative experience: Terrible place to have a driving test at. They fail you on purpose so they can make more money off of you to buy into their school and retake tests again. My wife had the exam taken twice their and in both times the examiner tried to find the most ridiculous reasons to fail her

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this driving school to anyone either an adult or teenager looking to get their license. I had Brian as my instructor an he was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful, he would guide you through every single step of the way until you’re comfortable and confident about your driving skills.

They taught me everything I need to know, and the instructors are the best there is. in specific, Shannon was my favorite. She is kind, and funny, and skilled in which she makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed when in the car. All the staff have been wonderful and patient with me, especially Shannon who has been nothing but great with me her personality and teaching skills will make you feel very comfortable even on your first lesson! They also all have good communication skills which is great. I recommend A&B for any junior operator or adult.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous being an adult going for driving lessons but these guys made things getting over my fear/anxiety of driving easier. Everyone I interacted was great!

Fantastic experience: I have 2 children and they both passed their road tests on the first try. The staff were really great and always communicated with my sons and I. I love the fact that when I ask the instructors if they feel they are ready they would be honest. My sons only did 5 lessons a piece and one didn’t know how to drive. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Still in shock when I passed my road test this morning at A&B driving school! Everyone in the school is pleasant and accommodating and very helpful to the examinees! They encourage everyone to do their best regardless failing the test. Failure is a lesson and for someone like me who didn't go to the entire class and proper road lesson, I say it was a blessing to fail beacuse the learning is beyond perfect!

Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommended. Bill made it very smooth. He personally took care of every detail , you need for the test. From making you comfortable on road, in class to ease you during the test day. Every rule and requirement on road was explained clearly. Test day was made an easy day. I tried another school as well, but this is way better as compared. Bill is awesome, he takes pride in his job and deals highly professional. If you are looking to get a drivers license, don’t look anywhere else. This is the place, go for it. He is brilliant.

Negative experience: Hello I am writing this are a former student of an and b driving school. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. I am tying to inform the public. I have recently switched to an and e driving school and my experience is much better. They are professional and understanding of mistakes. Unlike a and b, so far at a and e I have had a way better experience

Negative experience: hello, I m writing this review based my experience. This place is very unprofessional and horrible. My first lesson was with a guy named flynn his iq was quite low and we sat in the mcdonalds parking lot the whole time. This is nothing compared to my other guy brian plasko who smeels bad and is weird.

Negative experience: Hello I have released graduated from an and b auto school. My experience was horrible my first instructed Flynn would always make me stop for a lunch break and run errands which would take up my whole lesson. Brian was more helpful but a weird he would randomly have to use the bathroom and return 20 minutes later smelling like doo doo. Extremely unprofessional

Negative experience: So I wrote a review yesterday and bill had the audacity to say Fake review like I know you know me. Also everything I said is true and I am very disappointed that you didn’t take my opinion and experience with your company seriously and it really had me offended. You need to find better worker not Brian or Flynn these guys are one of the worst driving instructors I have ever had really bad place please do not come here

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school. Both daughters had a great experience. Bill and Brian are knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all our first timer questions and made us feel confident as parents that our daughters were in good hands. One daughter had in-person classes, while the other was online. Brian was flexible and easy to reach to schedule driving classes. Bill made the driver's ed classes entertaining and educational. Highly recommend A&B school if you are looking for a great driver's ed experience.

Negative experience: Was told by another driving school it was okay to attend this parent class which I did. Had no idea that you are not supposed to according to Bill the instructor once I reached out to him about obtaining the certificate. Bill was rude and unprofessional. I was totally taken back considering he was an instructor and I believe owner of this business of how he handled hisself especially considering I apologized numerous times for the mixup that was out of my control and tried to explain to him I had no idea and was giving the information from my child’s driving school. After seeing how Bill has a extreme lack of basic customer service I am extremely happy my child didn’t attend this school and I will definitely pass along to all my locals to stay away horribly customer service for a business and extremely sad if he is the owner! I also contacted a friend a the RMV who informed me the parent class is free and can be taken anywhere so was confused why Bill stated that!

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and always give pointers and tips to those who get easily anxious and nervous.

Negative experience: I did two private lessons here that were fine, the instructors are super helpful and the last instructor said my driving was good and that I would pass the test. Bill is a super sweet guy, very friendly and helpful. Now the Road test guy, super rude and I swear to god he was discriminating against me. I was already nervous before the tests but his attitude and behavior nearly gave a panic attack when I’m trying to drive a vehicle. The third time I failed the test he pulled an excuse out thin air to fail me, said last minute that I missed a blinker and blind spot check. This same situation happen to a friend of mine, another women of color. She ended up passing on her FOURTH test after she complained to Bill about his rude attitude. If you’re a poc save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: After 15 years of thinking I could not drive I went with A&B to start learning and the instructors were amazing. They were patient and calm and adapted to my learning style. They are caring and you can tell they want to do everything they can to help you learn and pass your drivers test. I could not have learned to drive and pass my road test without them. Negative experience: I wasn’t satisfied with my experience with A&B. I had a few lessons a couple of years ago that went fine. And one they canceled about 20 minutes before the scheduled time. But I thought hey, no big deal, stuff happens. I decided to take my road test with them for the sake of convenience. It was a bit frustrating to see the owner of the driving school smoking a cigar both directly outside the door of the building as well as INSIDE of the building. Especially during a global pandemic of a disease that attacks the respiratory system, but again I thought, whatever. And I will say the owner was pretty nice and explained the route of the road test to us. During my road test, the RMV examiner was pretty rude to me and I had an inkling that he was going to fail me before I even pulled off. Of course, this has no bearing on the driving school as he doesn’t work for them. I failed my test and again thought, no big deal. I’ll just schedule my road test sponsor ship with another school, because it’s not a good fit. I really would’ve just moved on and never had a further thought about A &B. And actually I did, because I scheduled my road test sponsorship with someone else. Then all of a sudden I get a text from the owner of the driving school, giving me two date options for a re take. However I NEVER contacted them to schedule a retake. And because of them, the road test that I intentionally scheduled got cancelled. So I took the day off of work for nothing and now have to wait weeks for a new test date, because I’d rather not drive, which effectively reduces my quality of life, than work with this company again. Thanks A&B! I agree with another reviewer. If you’re not from the Norwood area, do not book with them. Especially if you value professionalism, and not having your time wasted.

She answered all my questions and practicing driving with her so much fun. And the test by itself was well organized and it put me at such ease and I passed! Fantastic experience: Their drivers are top notch!! They are so accommodating to kids busy schedules, very easy to work with and a pleasure to get on the phone with. I highly recommend this school when your child is learning how to drive.

Negative experience: I usually don't give bad reviews unless someone really annoys me. I took lessons from this school and had privately booked a test for myself. But when the instructor asked me for booking a test with him, I immediately said yes and cancelled my private test (as I knew the person and was familiar with Norwood test location). After 2 weeks, when I inquired about the test status, I got no replies. Annoyed, I decided to book a test privately again for myself. When I contacted RMV, they told me that A/B school already had booked a test for me for which they flagged me as no show. Turns out that my test date was 5 days after my inquiry with the school and clearly the instructor had forgotten to notify me about the test details. I gave the road test with other school but had to pay 35$ scheduling fees extra for A/B school's mistake. RMV folks told me to get the money reimbursed by the school for their mistake. When I asked the school to pay me back my out-of-pocket 35$ for their mistake, the instructor is conveniently seeking time and not responding. If you are new to the country or region planning to get driver's permit, value your time and wish to be treated professionally, I suggest looking for other school.

Fantastic experience: Hi , the school is really impressing specially Bill and his wife , guiding the drivers the best way to learn basics of the driving in a safe way and get you your driving license in a very short period , I wish them great success in the future

Fantastic experience: Convenient location which serves several area towns, easy to book and get your driving hours in. Will pick up and drop off at different locations. Professional instruction at a lower cost than other area driving schools. Definitely worth looking into and signing up!
