Negative experience: My wife took a test and was failed due to someone parked the car in the middle of the road. Bill told they will set up another test in 2 weeks and it has been 2 months I have reached out to them via text, call and email and they never responded. If you message them from different number and they respond but later when they know it’s me they went into silent. I have all the message and email. Understand the driving test is not 100% confirmed but they should not avoid customer like this, I am even ready to pay one more time but they never responded and ghost us. Rude behavior Bill, please respect you customer

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately your wife failed her road test due to poor judgment when making a right turn out of the parking lot. There was a car legally parked in the last parking spot as you exit the parking lot. Due to your wife not looking up and through the turn she over turned the steering wheel and the back rear passenger corner of the car was going to hit the parked car. If it was not for the quick and alert actions of the RMV road test examiner, your wife would have hit the parked car. One of the primary purposes for a road test is to make sure that any individual driving a car can make good decisions, abide by the rules of the road, the ability to drive within the safety standards set forth by the Commonwealth and judge properly where the car is while in motion. We provided you with the services that you purchased. We can not guarantee the results of the road test. Students that don't pass their road test have to sign up for further services and pay through my website if they choose to use our services.

Fantastic experience: As someone who took their first test at 17 & failed, it took me 10 years to try again because of my anxiety as well as not having a vehicle to practice in. Bill's school made it possible for me. I didn't have to rent a car that probably wouldn't meet the RMVs requirements anyway, or go to the RMV at all! The two, one hour refresher drives are what allowed me to pass the test finally after 10 years of thinking I'd never ever drive! I went from not being able to parallel park AT ALL to being able to perfectly for the test. If it weren't for my instructor, I don't know if I could have passed. Thank you so much to my instructor, and to Bill!! I can't believe I finally did it this past Saturday!! Praise God.

Fantastic experience: Bill and Kevin are superstars! I booked the super package which had 2 one-hour lessons and a warm-up test on the day of the test. My instructor was Kevin, who caught my mistakes, and corrected it during the 2 lessons. He gave me point to point instructions on what I should improve on, and eventually I was able to do everything perfectly fine! On the day of the test everything went as planned and I was able to pass my driver’s license test!! Bill and Kevin are incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this driving school!
