Fantastic experience: Eric was a great instructor. I felt comfortable learning how to drive and he was very easy to talk to. He was able to accommodate to my schedule and was overall very helpful. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Very nice teachers and are a little bit hard on you but in the end it’s what makes you better. Got and passed my drivers test the very first try without any problems!!
Fantastic experience: Karen and Bill are the nicest people you’ll meet. They actually care about you at right of way. The Classroom hours are set so you actually learn everything very easily and the driving hours were awesome with Bill. I highly recommend trying this place. Not to mention it’s very affordable as well. I was a good driver before i went there but i came out a better driver. I passed my road test with no problem with them. -Devin
Thank you Devin!
Congratulations on getting your license in a snow storm!!
Negative experience: This business is absolutely terrible. First of all, this woman refuses to wear a mask while driving students at all. She is also very rude over the phone and in person. She has hung up on me and my wife many many times. we are decent people just trying to get the driving hours for our daughter over with so she can get her license. We've been respectful to this woman from day one, but she has provided nothing but frustration. On top of not complying with the basic covid-19 guidelines, she is also an awful driving instructor. Karen, the owner of the business, seemed to be more like an immature 14-year-old teenager over the phone rather than a professional well-spoken business owner.I would not encourage anybody for any reason to ever reach out to this company for any service whatsoever when there are so many different options in this market. Driving schools are a dime a dozen, and this one is not special, they do a poor job, and there is a lot of competition in that specific market, you can easily find a better driving school driving just a few miles down the road. Don't waste your time with the childish attitudes at this business or the poor quality of the driving instruction. Spend your money at a better business where you can get more for your money, because they are out there, shop around because this isn't the best option or even close to even being a decent option.
We are more than understanding and try our best to accommodate everyone's request. But the aggressive behavior that you portrayed that day with shouting, bullying and harassing us was totally unacceptable and will not and should not be tolerated by anyone. It's unacceptable to make threats. The review is funny as I am the first one to follow all of the CDC rules. Today was my first time speaking with you and your wife as all previous calls were with Jordan. We are in touch with health care professionals and the RMV on a regular basis. I have been instructed that I am doing everything correctly and following all of the rules to keep everyone safe in my car. It's unfortunate that you and Jordan Colburn didn't want to follow the rules today and wear a mask. Trying to keep everyone healthy while driving through this pandemic has not been easy. We are just getting over being in isolation because a student had tested positive for COVID after driving with us. With every town now in RED and having so many students driving on a daily basis we now require the KN95 mask as we are 15 inches from a student and not 6 feet. The KN95 mask stays above their nose at all times as the other masks do not. Going into isolation affects everyone of our close contacts and all driving lessons. You don't have to agree with our procedures to keep your daughter and everyone else safe and you certainly should not threaten or bully us because of them. We are not changing our procedures to keep everyone safe and I don't want to have to go through another quarantine because you can't follow the rules. As a parent I would think you would want to keep your daughter safe and healthy during this pandemic and just wear a mask.
Fantastic experience: All three of my children went through Right of Way and none of them had any complaints. Good program, professional instructors and smooth process during road test days. Nice job!
Thank you Fran!
