Negative experience: I never do these reviews but I felt I needed to so others steer clear of this business. If I could have given zero stars I would have. The online classes my child took were ok but most kids were asleep in their bed while on zoom. After the online classes were over I tried to schedule lessons for months and kept being told I would get an email when they opened. I only ever got one or two email lessons opened ( two options during school hours) from June until November. If you want to speak to a live person you never will be able to as they never answer the phone. I emailed asking about lessons again this week and was told they booked me a date and to confirm. I explained there was no date booked, asked them to confirm they had the right student, and asked three times for someone to call. The person refused to call and kept emailing back and fourth over fifteen times in a span of a few hours. I received no resolution until I stated I wanted a refund and requested a transfer. All of a sudden I received a phone call apologizing because she had the wrong student the entire time. The easiest part of this entire experience was getting my refund within a couple of days. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Negative experience: How are you going to be a drivers Ed if you can’t follow the rules of the road and drive safely around a cyclist? I am driving behind your vehicle right now and you did not accelerate in an appropriate manner to go around the cyclist that were next to us. You could have gotten them killed. When you did go around them, you then chose to slow down, causing an entire line of vehicles to end up over the median line, putting others at risk. You are currently going 20 mph under the speed limit while my spouse is driving.
Negative experience: I'm only giving one star because I have to give a star to leave a review. DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL. It's horrible. I'm assuming the management was different 2 years ago because I never had problems with my first kid going through this school. Now that my 2nd child is using the school it has been awful. They marked her absent for a class she was fully present for the entire time and we had no idea until it came time for the final class test. No one would answer the phone, it took days and multiple emails to get a response. Then they made her retake the last class to take the test. The next available class was almost a month out. Now here we sit 40 minutes into the class and the zoom has yet to connect. It says waiting on host to start. Of course now the phone number doesn't work at all and you got it, no one will answer an email. We haven't even started the driving part. That has an actual human being so I'm hoping that goes smoothly. We will not be using this school for our next kid. BEWARE!!!
Negative experience: The only way of communicating is through email. They do not answer the phone. Instructors did not work with my son enough on what he needed to learn. I did speak to the owner about my concerns and didn’t feel like they put the customer first.
Positive experience: wasn’t a bad driving school and I believe they prepared me very well for my driver’s test as I passed on the first try. highly recommend booking a road test with them, it was very easy and they bring you on a practice run before you take it. overall, a pretty good experience that prepares you to be out on the road on your own
