Fantastic experience: I am a teen and I went through the school. The classes were good and the behind the wheel was also good. I ended up taking my test today and passed with flying colors. I learned a lot thanks to the school and my driving instructor. Highly recommend

Negative experience: If I could put less than zero I would, about a year ago I took my final exam in person at the Pasadena office, supposedly the day I took my exam I passed my exam I only needed to schedule the 6 hours of driving to be able to take my exam. Today I called to schedule my classes and they told me that the instructor did not pass my exam when clearly the day I did it she had said “yes”. What It bothers me that they didn't have the decency to tell me right away or the days after when I called that I really passed the test. if I didn't call again to schedule the 6 hours I would never have found out. I am not a teenager who is sitting in school or playing with her phone. I am a person who works 40+ hours a week and when I take the time to do this it is because I need it, now that I need to finish my course I cannot do it immediately due to the lack of communication and seriousness of this school.
