Positive experience: I had some good point with this and some bad. The class I took was hosted online. So the class took place in zoom. There were some difficulties rejoining the class should you get disconnected as well as the online classroom having a few problems as well. The teacher was informative and actively looked for participation. The driving portion was ok. I was frustrated that for every one of the driving sessions the instructor was late, most only 5 or so minutes but one of them was over 15 minutes. There is also the problem that every single time I attempted to call the company I was left ringing until I was hung up on. No voice-mail option. By the time they respond to an email the problem is no longer relevant. It is a class will get you the information that you need but I was left with some frustration while dealing with Alist Academy.

We have a voice mail and text message system set up for any missed phone calls. We return any message within 48 hours. We accommodate our students by offering an at home pick up service. We notify the students that there is a 15 minute grace period for the practical driving session in case of travel distance, traffic exc. Fantastic experience: I just took my provisionals test today and passed thanks to Mr. Corey. He’s an amazing instructor and made sure I was fully prepared. One thing I really appreciate was that he took his time and was very patient with me. When I did make mistakes, he pointed them out and corrected them. I’ve learned so much & truly enjoyed my experience at this academy.
