Negative experience: The classes are done over zoom and are a complete waste of time and money. The instructors spend the first 15-20 minutes talking about not being late. Then they take a 20 minute break, and then they dimiss class early. Little to no value.

Fresh Green Light Driving School

As the owner, I personally follow up with every customer who leaves feedback like this to better understand their experience and explore ways we might address their concerns. This particular review caught my attention because it was the first time we'd received this type of feedback about our classes, and I was genuinely interested in learning more details.

I contacted the customer via email, and she provided her phone number for a direct conversation. The next day, I called and left a voicemail, followed by a text message to let her know I was trying to reach her.

While she didn't respond to my outreach, she did call our office to reschedule her child’s road test, which he had taken and failed the same day she posted this negative review. To demonstrate our commitment to making things right, I instructed our staff to provide both the rescheduled road test and an additional prep lesson at no charge, while also letting her know I remained available to discuss her concerns directly.

I understand that when important milestones like road tests don't go as planned, it can be disappointing for both parents and students. While I wish we could have connected directly to address her specific concerns about our classes, I respect that not everyone chooses to engage in follow-up conversations.

Our other reviews reflect our strong commitment to customer service and the quality of our instructors, but I personally take all feedback seriously - both positive and negative - working diligently to resolve any issues that arise. I remain open to discussing her experience with our classes should she wish to connect in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! Had trouble with parking at first but was already a lot better after the first lesson! My instructor was William Valenton. He is a great teacher and helped a lot especially with parking and highway driving. He is nice and good with students! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had two kids take driving lessons Fresh Green Light. The staff, facility and instructors were all very knowledgable and patient. William Valenton was especially kind, helpful and supportive. He went out of his way to make sure the kids were prepared for their test, was very accommodating with appointments and even texted the kids personally congratulating them after they passed their road tests. Thank you William and Fresh Green Light.

Fantastic experience: They were very professional, kind and patient. I had the opportunity to work with Amy and she was awesome. Definitely the best driving instructor I have ever had. She was calm and patient and made me feel very comfortable. She offered great feedback/tips. I wish I would have done all the lessons with her.

Positive experience: Overall, amazing drivers ed! Helpful instructors, and fun (as they can be, it is still drivers ed) classes. However, it took a lot of time to get a drivers test with them, and the in-car lessons were pretty filled up.
