Positive experience: I got my driver's license 25 years ago,but needed to improve my driving skills.The instructor did help me improve my driving skills. Unfortunately I needed more time to practice. The car was very low and I am short and had a hard time seeing while driving. I suggest providing a booster seat for those who are short and more driving practice time.

Hello Emily, Thank you for the feedback. A-1 will remind teachers how to assist. A-1 does have booster seats and car adaptions. If you decide to have more lessons please talk with an office manager about what options A-1 has.

Hello Nestor, Sorry to hear of your wife's experience. A-1's vehicles are equipped with a camera that videos the inside and outside of the car. I would be happy to make an appointment with you, your wife and our instructor to look a the video of the test. It is not A-1's practice to fail students intentionally. Negative experience: my instructor made me feel safe and confident behind the wheel but in my experience and from what the DMV has told me, 3 2 hour sessions simply isn’t enough. 2 hours is also too long for me to retain as much information as i should. i’ve failed my road test twice now and i just think it’s better if you find another place.

Negative experience: Impossible to get driving !!!! We tried exactly at 10 am on Wednesday and everything is taken! Had to cancel and lost $50. It was a great company few years ago when my son was learning to drive. Don’t know what happened but not pleased with their service at all!
