Negative experience: Ms.watts can teach a class. But as far as driving with her she’s very unprofessional. Rude at that. Telling me I will never get no where in life and other hurtful things. Do not drive with her if you are learning. Come to her if you know how to drive perfect. She doesn’t have the patience to teach you how to drive properly.

Fantastic experience: The inside of the building is run down and dirty. HOWEVER, Ms.Watts was an amazing teacher! She explained everything well and made sure you passed your test. Driving with her did make me anxious because she was so hard on me, but she thought me very useful information that I still use today. I honestly don’t think I would have passed my driving test without her teachings! Don’t even bother scheduling with other driving instructors, it won’t be as helpful.

Negative experience: They were super unprofessional and kept rescheduling my appointments and not telling me till the day of and the once rescheduled my class and I never got that class and I paid for 4 class I would definitely no ever recommend

Negative experience: The in-class portion which was taught by Mrs. Watts was great. My son said she was a very good teacher who kept him engaged. The problem started when it came time to do the driving portion. I had scheduled his appointments 2 weeks prior to his 1st appointment in which it said that the student will be picked up and dropped off at home. At 9:30 the night before his first appointment I received a call from his instructor telling me I would have to pick him up and drop him off at the driving school. I had to do this for 3 of the 4 classes. Then on the homepage of the website it states that upon completion you will be mailed the certificate within 7-10 business days. This did not happen. I received a message with an attachment of the certificate telling me to print it out. I do not have that capability at home so i asked if they could print it out and mail it to me. I was told it would cost me $20 for them to print it and mail it to me even though their website says it will be mailed to you. I would stay away from this place! After they get your money they start to change the terms to fit their needs.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and whoever answers the phone on their end always have an attitude. They ask you for the pick up location and then make you drive all the way to their office. The instructor I trained with did minimal effort to train me on BTW and didn't even bother to familiarize me with the car I am training at.

Negative experience: This place honestly deserve no stars for in car driving the package said I was to be picked up from my home but the driver James tells me last minute a hour before my behind the wheel classes to meet him on the west side which is very far from me. Then calls me back to tell me he’s a hour away and cancels on me. Then I call the representative lady and she gets an attitude with me all because I want my money back from them being unprofessional and showing false advertisement and tells me since I’m 18 she won’t talk to me about a refund and I need call back speak to someone else even though I paid for it in full in my name with my card. This place whole location is very unprofessional and need work will never use them again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Negative experience: This place is no where near professional! I enrolled here last year in July. In class learning the do’s and don’t s on the road was very easy to understand with our teacher Ms. Mary. Things started getting unprofessional quickly when I did incars. The guy was late by 30 mins and was very rude to me! I would say his name but I honestly don’t remember. Everytime I drove with him he had a bag full of cough drops and ate them like they were candy. He had me make personal stops for him like McDonald’s and Dollar General. On my very last day of incars he canceled me, saying I’m the one who called him and told him that, When I never even called him about canceling anything! Waste of money, waste of time. Worst instructors ever. I will also like to add that the cars weren’t very clean and it stunk.

Negative experience: Worse place ever , teacher was inpatient and I didn’t even get how much time in that I paid for .

Negative experience: First, when I was doing the traditional Classroom requirements, the Instructors were constantly late and made all of the students wait outside for 15 - 20 mins at a time! This happened several times with multiple instructors. Then, when I had finished my Classroom and Behind The Wheel training, I waited two weeks for my certificate only to find out that my BTW instructor did not turn in my paperwork! I had to scan a PDF of my BTW training sheet to the main location. I had been waiting another two and a half weeks, until today I just found out that they never started the processing of my certificate because one of my receipts had the numbers, to quote the receptionist "written in a weird way". I'll never waste my money here again, and I suggest you save yourself the time, confusion, stress, and anger as well.

Fantastic experience: I did my in-class lessons (very dry) at the Lorain Avenue location, but my behind-the-wheels were scheduled through this location. I had Mr. Briant Taylor as my first instructor and immediately after the lesson I changed my schedule so that all of my in-cars would be with him. Great teacher! -- very patient and encouraging. I passed my driving test and maneuverability the very first time. Extremely confident in my driving skills now.
