Our comment from DrivingSchools.Directory about Public Safety Driving School:

Public Safety Driving School is dedicated to providing a comprehensive driving education, focusing on ensuring that students not only learn the rules of the road but also gain confidence behind the wheel. Many students have praised the exceptional instructors like Ms. S and Kelly, who are noted for their patience and engaging teaching styles. Positive experiences highlighted include:

Excellent communication: Instructors are responsive and supportive, making the learning experience enjoyable and informative.
Effective teaching methods: The way instructors teach maneuverability and other driving skills has been well-received.
Personalized support: Many students have appreciated the help they received, which made their learning journey smoother.

However, numerous reviews have raised concerns about the school's customer service, particularly regarding communication delays and scheduling difficulties. Issues noted include:

Challenges reaching customer support via phone and text, often leading to frustration among students and parents.
Delays in receiving certificates of completion, which can hinder students from progressing to the next step in their driving journey.
Inconsistent scheduling for in-car lessons, with reports of instructors being late or unavailable.

While many students share rewarding experiences, it is crucial for potential customers to consider both the strengths and areas for improvement as they choose a driving school.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative 5, I would. Not professional at all. The system to schedule appointments suck, half the time it's down. Can't talk to anyone on the phone, only text. If this is your child first time driving, please don't pick this company.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible website to navigate. Not user friendly at all. Customer support hung up on me with no call back! When I called back customer support, it went to a voicemail that stated I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full! This after all my money had been collected days ago! WATCH OUT when dealing with these people!
