Fantastic experience: I recently completed my driving lessons with “Drive Right Driving School” and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The booking process was simple, and I was able to schedule lessons that worked around my availability. My instructor, Gulzar Ma’am was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel, and the car I drove was well-maintained. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to learn how to drive in a safe and supportive environment.

Positive experience: As I had international driving experience, I wanted to get a bit familiar with driving in the States. The instructor had a different approach to teach and went through a lot of basics which can be very helpful especially if you are a beginner. The instructor did also share some really helpful tips which I have incorporated in my daily driving too. I wanted to take the test on short notice and this school was able to accommodate it as well. I took the 3 class package (test included) and I wish the classes were customizable to the needs of the student but nonetheless, had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Drive Ride Drive School is amazing! My mom went there, and the instructor was so nice and patient with her. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. My mom was able to take her exam calmly because the instructor explained everything so well. She even helped her multiple times with questions in her own language, which was a huge plus! They offer classes in English and many other languages to help a diverse group of people get their licenses in the U.S. The best part? They even provide their own car for training! I’m really excited to bring more of my family members here. Highly recommend this school!

Negative experience: We are extremely displeased as this business was not what it was advertised. Before the written test my son wasn't given proper materials to study for, there was apparently a driving guide that he was supposed to be given. However, when he asked how to study for the test he was told there was a drivers guide but not specifications on how to receive these materials. Also, the instructor Suleiman when being told by my son about how he was given no materials was treated with an unbelievable amount of disrespect even though my son treated the instructor with respect. I would strongly recommend not using this business.

Negative experience: Is a fraud, before paying your money they will be very nice, but once pay anyone you schedule classes with they start behaving anyhow…. They been waisting my time for the past 3 weeks

Fantastic experience: After procrastinating for many years, this year I finally decided to join the driving school as my teenager kid was pursuing me to get my DL for a long time. Joining Drive Right driving school was one of the best decisions and best investment I made this year. This driving school offered me comprehensive classes covering road lessons, practical tips and tricks for safe driving and more than anything helped me build confidence for starting to drive. Both Mr. Sulemanji and Mrs. Gulzarji have abundant experience and employs unique techniques customized for individual needs and background. My instructor Mr. Sulemanji started with basics of engine, what to look for and other safety features on Day 1 before starting to drive. He had a ton of patience throughout, encouraged when I did things right and corrected my mistakes without making me feel bad but still strict enough to ensure I got it right. I took 10 hours package and each class I could see myself getting better and building my confidence. Towards end of my sessions, due to personal reasons, our family was relocating to a different State/city and I was on the verge of giving up due to hectic work and was overwhelmed with the move process. It was Suleman Sir who talked to me and motivated me to not give up at that stage. He went above and beyond to adjust with my schedule on a weekend to complete the lessons. I am very grateful to Suleman Sir for motivating me and teaching me this life skill!! I am super impressed with the thoroughness and quality of training and would strongly recommend Drive Right driving school for adults and teenagers alike. Thank you Suleman Sir!!

Fantastic experience: I took 3 classes, 2 hrs each, with Drive Right and it was a great experience. Mr Suleman started the class with the basics and discussed why safe driving is important and over the course of the classes gave valuable inputs into how to drive safely and confidently. Fantastic experience: I have been driving for 20+ years having international licenses from two different countries. I recently relocated to United States, and undertook the training classes from Mr. Suleman to develop skillsets needed in this country. To my surprise I learned many new things – that I didn’t know even though have been driving for so long. Mr. Suleman is an excellent and patient teacher with extensive knowledge on the subject of driving. He is able to instill the right level of confidence in his students to make them safe and effective drivers. These new learnings would help me drive safely, confidently and also effectively in any set of conditions. Many of these tips are also useful for being energy efficient and improve the maintenance of your car. The teaching methods were detailed, interactive, interesting - including theory, demonstration followed by practical runs until fully absorbed by the student. Fantastic experience: This is the best driving school if you want consistent teaching experience. I had taken lessons with another school but every instructor used to have different style of teaching and each will have their own preference of driving which is very confusing as a new driver. Mr. Suleman understands what is the student comfort level and teaches accordingly. He understands student state of mind and keeps them relaxed. This really helps to follow the instructions during the class and during the test. I am recommending this driving school to all my friends.

Positive experience: I opted for a 2 hr session + driving test, as I had previous driving experience. Within 2 hours I completed the test also :). Mr. Suleiman is a good instructor especially if you have to learn the basics. I would definitely recommend him. But again this is a business for them. They will persuade you to take up more classes. You stick to your requirements and you will be good.

Fantastic experience: I was in the midst of my pregnancy when I approached Driveright driving school, Mr. Suleman for driving classes. I found his approach very professional, and found him to be what a good teacher really is. A good teacher points out your mistakes, yet at the same time builds your confidence in your abilities by making you improve your performance in that subject. Out of regard, I call him ‘Sir’, as he earns that respect from his students. His teaching instruction was so good that I believe those key words that he used to teach while driving will resonate in my mind, throughout my driving life. Before joining his classes, I always hoped and prayed that I would not be tested on Parallel Parking ever, but during my time learning the skill, I actually came to enjoy it, and looked forward to performing the maneuver like a skilled surgeon and getting better each time. I have passed my test and scored well, and hope that I be the driver on the road that saves not only their life but also lives of others on the road, by practicing good driving, good vigilance, and the most optimal skill that constitutes much more than mere technique. It is a combination of alertness, anticipatory skills, presence of mind, timing, correct maneuvering and subconscious memory too, to name a few requisites for good driving. All this I have picked up during my time with Suleman Sir at the Driveright Driving school, and hope to keep getting better at these. Negative experience: Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Gulzar as a Driving Instructor I recently had a scheduled appointment with Gulzar, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at the location 10 minutes before my scheduled time, only to find that Gulzar was a staggering 45 minutes late. This level of punctuality is simply unacceptable, especially when it comes to a driving instructor. What made matters worse was Gulzar's insistence on cash payment, despite my preference for using my credit card. Her attitude during this payment dispute was appalling. She seemed mad at me for simply wanting to pay with my credit card, and her demeanor throughout the entire encounter left a lot to be desired. Honestly, I question how Gulzar even obtained a driver instructor license with such unprofessional behavior. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her as an instructor to anyone. It's crucial to have an instructor who is punctual, accommodating, and maintains a professional attitude, qualities that were severely lacking in this case. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a driving instructor who values their students' time and treats them with respect.

It was important for me that I saw the result and after each lesson I rode more confidently and according to the rules. Her guidance and tips helped me not only clear my test with ease but also to be a safe driver. I am 7 months pregnant. She and her husband Mr.Suleiman ensured I am comfortable through out. Negative experience: I am surprised to see how come people post good reviews about them. I had an horrible experience with Suleman instructor. He is more than double my age. On my first day, He touched me unnecessarily multiple time and made me uncomfortable sitting in the car. I had to message my husband to come and pick me up. We stopped classes after that, but these greedy people deducted $200 from my advance fee for 8 classes. One my first day of written test, he literally bullied one Afro American teenager boy by not helping him with the Registration process. I felt bad about that poor boy. Always asking me for some favour like I should have bring him home made food or something.. I wonder why?? Requesting everyone to be aware before enrolling your daughter's or female student. He is not a gentle man.

Both Suleman and Gulzar were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive during my lessons. Due to some time constraints, I needed to take the exam within a specific timeframe. Suleman went above and beyond by working on his rest day to complete the lessons. Overall, I highly recommend Drive Right Driving School for anyone looking to improve their driving skills. Another thing I liked is the 2 hrs driving lesson. I had also taken a class from another driving school which was 1 hr, I thought that was too limited, and generally, you can't practice driving in 45-60 mins. With 2 hrs classes, I got more confidence in my driving. Suleman also tells you stories and anecdotes from his driving experience to ingrain the reason behind certain driving rules with details such as the color of different liquids in a car and how to identify what is wrong with a car etc. Thanks!

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience with the school. There were problems with the instruction plus their behavior. Suleman said you're supposed to steer the wheel away from the pavement if you've parked away from an incline. This is not true if the pavement is a soft pavement. I mentioned this to him during our warm up but he said he's an experienced teacher and he knows what he's teaching. I had a warm up + driving test scheduled. After the warm up. Suleman told me I wasn't ready and I should take 2 more classes. I said okay. After that, I asked him about my test. He said I'm not ready so he's not taking the test. I was adamant that I had to take the test today. They told me to wait for 2 hours at a nearby coffee shop. I told them I cannot wait for that long but I can take the test if they pick me from my house which was a 10 min drive away. They told me they'll charge me $100 for it. I cancelled the test and asked them for a refund. I went with 911 at the end and got my driver's license.

Fantastic experience: Drive Right - The Best decision I made in 2022. I am 40+ and have tried to learn driving many times. I went to a famous driving school in Bellevue they covered portions they prepared but I personally didn’t learn to drive confidently. I postponed driving as I was scared of driving though I was desperately wanting to drive. Driving was becoming a necessity and I had no choice but to learn. I looked at many options saw Drive Right through Google. Called up and took an appointment. Sulaiman Sir and Gulzar ma’m are very patient and understanding. Kind and gentle with instructions, but firm .I took about 10 sessions of classes, after my first session I was driving quite well but was getting nervous when sudden challenges came. But I think that is the best money I spent. I learned not only driving but gained confidence. I have recommended Drive Right to many of my friends and colleagues who are afraid to drive. First few classes Sir introduced me to the car as an engine and its features, how it can be advantageous to us or vice versa - Which no one does. Then he focused on my challenge points.. gently but firmly instructed me. Preparing me for the actual world and the test perspective. I am for ever indebted to him for his kindness and love, which is unique for an instructor. He has a psychology background so he understands people with their flaws and fears. I enrolled my teenage daughter for the class so she would learn driving correctly/ rules/guidelines - broken down to small sections so we actually understand. She had taken two sessions with another school in Bellevue and failed her test because she didn’t know the safety break in a car. They didn’t properly show her what the safety break was to begin with, They mention it one time in their entire class but not enough to grasp the importance. I would highly recommend Drive Right and hope they continue this good work. I got 93% for my drivers test!! . Thank you so much for your kindness to me.

Fantastic experience: I am nervous at driving. I hesitate to ride any motor vehicle on fear that of reading road signs and steering accordingly. I came to know driveright driving school through my friend. From my first class I started gaining confidence in driving. Mr. Suleman is a kind person and very well reads the abilities of a person and plan the classes according to their abilities. He took away fear from me. I can assure that everybody can learn safe driving skills and will gain confidence at their driving by learning at this school. It is such a wonderful experience for me and I can't believe that I have my own drving license and able to drive fearlesssly to any spot safely. I highly recommend this driving school.

My experience with both Mr Suleman and Mrs Gulzar from day-one was extremely satisfying with their pleasant and professional behavior. Suleman Sir has expertise and ability to train new students from scratch with his easiest method and step by step techniques or the mechanism professionally that provides the confidence and on other-side awareness of abiding the traffic rules and regulations candidly. Once you get trained and learnt the mechanism, then road test shouldn't be a problem. Although, I had 20 years of driving experience outside US, but I have experienced this as  very helpful towards the fitment as Driver in Washington state. I would highly recommend the Drive Right Driving School at Bellevue, WA which has been running by Mr Suleman and Mrs Gulzar to start with your Driver's profile.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at the driving school. Took classes under very good teacher Suleman. He was very patient, experienced and friendly. Got to know a lot about traffic rules and tips which I think no one will teach. Had my test with examiner Gulzar and she was very cool and I have passed without any tense. I have gone to other school before and they were so harsh. I wish I would have come here earlier. Highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: The tuition is a little bit cheaper compared to other driving schools. However, the instructor wasn’t very clear on what she was teaching and her accent was hard to understand. She was moody and not very professional. Buyer be aware! For a little bit more money, it is worth to go to other well known driving schools.

Fantastic experience: I had a driving license in India and I needed a professional teacher to get me accustomed to the driving rules in the US. I reached out to Mr. Suleman at Drive Right Driving School and all I needed was a couple of classes from him and I was ready for the driving test. Fantastic experience: My father recently immigrated from India this summer and we wanted to get his drivers license done. Standing in those DOL lines can be pain, so I was recommended by the DOL to try one of the certified testing centers and thats how I came across Drive Right Driving School. They were able to give a quick date for the written test and then 2 lessons the same week and my father was able to take his driving test the same weekend. Overall with couple minor hiccups everything worked out great. They are friendly and nice people to work with. Once again thank you so much.

Negative experience: Worst experience in my life. The instructor Gulzar was very unprofessional. We didn't book the class but she came and said she came all the way there and she deducted one class (2 hours) from our package of 8 hours . So we lost 2 hours. She was always insisting for more classes and was forcing to buy more classes. She is money minded and horrible. Please avoid her. If there is a chance of 0 stars I would have given it.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed learning to drive with instructor Gulzar and successfully got my license in the first attempt. I used to have a lot of road fear and never thought that I will be able to drive any day. But, with Gulzar’s step by step teaching process, the techniques taught by her and her cool nature, I made it. I would highly recommend to anybody who wants to learn driving for first time and get license.

Negative experience: For school that is supposed to teach kids how to drive. When they're not with kids they don't drive very right themselves. just got cut off by one getting onto the freeway and then he's doing 75 onto the on-ramp. I'd find another school not this one.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience at Drive Right with the instructor Suleman. He starts you off on the basics and grows you swiftly over time which in turn grows your confidence when driving and prepares you for the DOL test and before you know it, you are a competent and safe driver. He was also great at matching my sometimes awkward schedule. Suleman is patient and calm with his students, even when they make a mistake. After taking lessons, I did my test with Gulzar from the school who was very professional and friendly. I passed first time and couldn't be happier & my wife is now learning with the school. Highly recommend Drive Right to anyone, both new or experienced but new to WA.

Fantastic experience: Very customer friendly and affordable. Particularly, my instructor Suleiman. He took a very progressive workflow starting from very easy to much more difficult tasks. He is very patient and is never angry at your mistakes lol.

Negative experience: Horrible. They will just keep saying you need more classes. Suleiman my instructor told me to give money for test drive too on the first day and said he needs to book a place for the test from DOL. Books you for classes and doesnt turn up saying sick as they book more students at a time. I asked my money back for the test 85$ which I didnt do and he never picks and call back. Never go to this institute.

Fantastic experience: Really good driving school. I took 4 classes and all of my lessons with Suleman. He is a really good instructor. I didn't drive a lot prior to this. Suleman really helped me in getting comfortable with the car and the rules. Thanks! :)

Negative experience: If i could give zero stars i definitely would. She gave me the worst experience ever, she basically played me. I had a brand new permit and passed the test and went in to get my license and she said it was required for me to take another permit test and took money when there was no need to. She said she would send me a receipt but she never did. I do NOT recommend her worst experience she just there for MONEY.

Negative experience: I enrolled for this school and did the biggest mistake of my life. My instructor was Ms.Gulzar and I had the worst experience with her today in the classes. She said the distance for drop and pick up is too far. I stay in Redmond WA near Woodbridge. When I spoke to them first they said they offer classes in Redmond WA and I texted them my complete address beforehand. But the response I received when she arrived for classes was the area is too far and it costs me more !! If they cannot offer classes why should they agree first of all !! Later the lady Ms.Gulzar didn't know where we could practice in Redmond WA and we ended up driving all the way till Bellevue Crossroads parking lot to practice. It was an utter waste of time and money for me. I was very unhappy with the way she treats her students and she made some personal remarks regarding me which was not required at all and I had the most unpleasant day in my life. I had planned for 4 classes package of 8 hrs initially which was 645 $ but ended with just 1 class due to their unprofessional behavior. She charged me 150 $ for 1 class of 2 hrs !! But there was no class at all we just ended in the Bellevue crossroads parking lot to practice all the way from Redmond WA and she kept saying all the way while driving that she would not have come to take classes if she knew I stayed this far and kept cribbing all the way till we reached the parking lot and created a very unhealthy atmosphere for the student or new driver.How can u expect someone to learn from her ?? If they cannot do drop and pick up to the area they should mention beforehand right ?? Is it the fault of the student?? I was really surprised seeing this kind of behavior for the first time in my life.Infact she was so rude that she left me in the parking lot and did not even have the courtesy to drop me back to my home in Redmond WA and I ended up coming back in a Taxi !! I insisted she return my remaining money back(645 -150 dollars) that is 490 $. I had paid in cash the same day and fortunately got it back. She insists on cash or cashier cheque for class fees there is no online payment portal for the school. I am really happy and relieved I ended my classes with this school after attending just one class !! Please do not waste your valuable time and money with these people. Please enroll urself with a professional driving school. I checked out the reviews posted earlier and enrolled here but was surprised about receiving a contradicting experience here ...!! Very unprofessional and uncourteous people and driving school. Delete review
