Negative experience: I had an extremely frustrating and unpleasant driving test with this school with Joyce. She is outright rude and disrespectful. The instructions given were vague and confusing, making it impossible to know what was expected. She intentionally tries to fail people who don’t take lessons there, which is completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she didn’t provide the score sheet because she also knows it’s ridiculous. I’m planning to file a formal complaint. I would strongly advise against choosing this driving school especially this Joyce- save yourself the trouble and stress!

We haven't received any direct feedback or email complaints regarding this issue. Please note that we are not allowed to provide the driving test sheet to students, as per DOL regulations. However, you are allowed to have a copy or screenshot of your testing sheet. Once again, we haven’t received any such requests so far. Our driving lessons and exams are fully compliant with DOL regulations, ensuring a fair experience for every student. Our goal is to support your success, not create obstacles. Fantastic experience: Passed the driving test in my first exam. Master Joyce is very kind, patient, and professional. She pointed out several issues of my driving habits and gave me valuable suggestions during warm up, which turned out to be very helpful in my test and future driving.

He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout my driving lesson and driving test, created a comfortable learning environment, making it easy for me to ask questions and build my confidence.
