911 Driving School of Silverdale

Fantastic experience: My daughter just complete her course here. She gained so much knowledge. The instruction gave her confidence and backed up what she was reading before the course started and what I was teaching her. The driving instructors were EXCELLENT!! She felt safe and comfortable. She still has a few more drives to complete but I know she’ll miss the friends she made during class. Before this course, I had a hard time imagining my daughter driving. Now, she looks like a little adult ready to conquer the world one small, safe drive at a time. ☺️

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review today because there is a lot of doubt to the ethics and the integrity of the school The fact is 911 Driving School is one of the best driving schools I’ve gone to I went to Northwest driving school. The instructor was arrogant and cocky and wouldn’t stop talking about his Porsche. I failed to come to a class one day and then I was sick. That’s Two classes that I missed and then I came in one day still sick. I went to the bathroom and I threw up when I came back out and explained that I couldn’t be at the school. He said he can tell your mom that she can sign you up again online, which was essentially telling me that I was kicked out of school so I got kicked from Northwest driving school for missing one class and being sick for two here at 911. I missed one class and they were happy to do a make up. If you missed attendance on zoom, you can still make it up during my drives with these instructors they tell me that I may lose points on and what I should be doing when I’m not then give me a summary of what I need to work on for when I go home and do practice driving in between the drives they have a lot of children and their Online scheduling through student portal doesn’t work the best I would personally call the school to schedule drives 911 Driving School is one of the best driving schools in the state of Washington and the owner values peoples opinions, ethics as well as integrity over everything Except one thing your students education they value Teaching children how to drive the right way, and if your child puts in the work and follows directions They will prepare your child to pass the Knowledge and skills test the first time. No human is perfect and there are cops out there that I’ve done bad things but that doesn’t define the human beings at work within this company. They are truly caring, charismatic funny And helpful they’re not yelling at you when you do something wrong they’re keeping calm and composed. When you do something that may cause a crash they slam on their break and they say calmly what you did wrong, again at Northwest driving school This was not the case he was yelling he was angry and he was arrogant for some reason people love that company, but I can tell you 1000% 911 Driving School is one of the best and you would be very happy with your child’s performance After they apply themselves to Education they teach. And not to mention Jeff, the owner personally reaches out when something is gone wrong, and there’s a complaint that was made back to the integrity. Please do your child the favor of going to 911.
