Fantastic experience: My daughter just complete her course here. She gained so much knowledge. The instruction gave her confidence and backed up what she was reading before the course started and what I was teaching her. The driving instructors were EXCELLENT!! She felt safe and comfortable. She still has a few more drives to complete but I know she’ll miss the friends she made during class. Before this course, I had a hard time imagining my daughter driving. Now, she looks like a little adult ready to conquer the world one small, safe drive at a time. ☺️

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review today because there is a lot of doubt to the ethics and the integrity of the school The fact is 911 Driving School is one of the best driving schools I’ve gone to I went to Northwest driving school. The instructor was arrogant and cocky and wouldn’t stop talking about his Porsche. I failed to come to a class one day and then I was sick. That’s Two classes that I missed and then I came in one day still sick. I went to the bathroom and I threw up when I came back out and explained that I couldn’t be at the school. He said he can tell your mom that she can sign you up again online, which was essentially telling me that I was kicked out of school so I got kicked from Northwest driving school for missing one class and being sick for two here at 911. I missed one class and they were happy to do a make up. If you missed attendance on zoom, you can still make it up during my drives with these instructors they tell me that I may lose points on and what I should be doing when I’m not then give me a summary of what I need to work on for when I go home and do practice driving in between the drives they have a lot of children and their Online scheduling through student portal doesn’t work the best I would personally call the school to schedule drives 911 Driving School is one of the best driving schools in the state of Washington and the owner values peoples opinions, ethics as well as integrity over everything Except one thing your students education they value Teaching children how to drive the right way, and if your child puts in the work and follows directions They will prepare your child to pass the Knowledge and skills test the first time. No human is perfect and there are cops out there that I’ve done bad things but that doesn’t define the human beings at work within this company. They are truly caring, charismatic funny And helpful they’re not yelling at you when you do something wrong they’re keeping calm and composed. When you do something that may cause a crash they slam on their break and they say calmly what you did wrong, again at Northwest driving school This was not the case he was yelling he was angry and he was arrogant for some reason people love that company, but I can tell you 1000% 911 Driving School is one of the best and you would be very happy with your child’s performance After they apply themselves to Education they teach. And not to mention Jeff, the owner personally reaches out when something is gone wrong, and there’s a complaint that was made back to the integrity. Please do your child the favor of going to 911.

Fantastic experience: Loved it

Fantastic experience: I would highly suggest this school for anyone who has anywhere from lots of driving experience to no driving experience. This course taught me so much about the safety and seriousness that driving entails. It taught me life long lessons that will stick with me for the rest of my life whenever I go out driving in the future. All of the lessons are taught in a way that you retain the information easily and take to heart. The people at the front desk were so incredibly helpful and kind and understanding especially considering they’re stretch out when it comes to drives do to people booking them from the pandemic when it was less available. I couldn’t have made a better choice of what driving school to go to even if it was an hour and a half drive away from where I live.

Negative experience: Very backed up with drives

Fantastic experience: I went here for my written and behind the wheel. The Front desk receptionist was a super sweet lady and so very helpful she answered all of my questions without hesitation and if she could not find the answer she went to her computer or went to a superior to ask. When I took my written test the instructor that did my written test Was a super nice gentleman. After my written test the man that was at the front reception desk was a super sweet gentleman with glasses I rate my experience on my written test in Port Orchard Washington a 10 out of 10. As of yesterday I went to the Silverdale 911 driving school in Silverdale Washington. The girl at the front desk welcomed me with open arms and with a big old smile on her face. When asking for my information or what appointment time I wanted she was super sweet with me when I had trouble finding my card information. As for the instructor that did my driving test behind the wheel he was a super sweet gentleman. If I had any questions about the instructions that he had given for the test he answered them without hesitation and super sweet but he was a very nice man and never once got mean even if I did train run us off the road once. I rate my experience in Silverdale Washington a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend to the beginner, get out and look, to build reference points. I watched as a spectator. Parallel parking drills. You're in a lot with cones. Get out and look. I'm skeptical of their other teachings. Real rating around 3 stars.

Negative experience: Wow I was scammed. My instructer almost got us in a crash and failed me because of it! I will be getting my money back and making a phone call. Otherwise this issue IS GOING TO THE STATE.

Negative experience: GREEDY and GREEDY would rate lower if I could. Not only do they not refund any money they charge you more to use what you paid. They wouldn't accept ID that another location did. Charged $50 to reschedule. Now direct way to talk to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After a horrible experience with a previous driving school that after completion refused to allow my daughter to take her road test. I went to 911 to ask them for help and they were more than glad to be able to help us and were able to schedule her road test for the very next day. I appreciate their professional attitude, as well as communication and genuine care for people.

Negative experience: Extremely overpriced for what you get. Very hard to get ahold of to schedule testing. Tried several times and left messages to get someone to call back, and received no call back. I hired them to teach my child to drive, and I was expected to teach her. If I was going to teach my child to drive, what’s the point of hiring 911 driving school..???

Negative experience: The lady infront/cashier is so mean and not friendly..he treat me with no patience.she is very annoying...she looks like shes mad when i ask her a question..and now im scared if i will let my son do his driving class here..

Fantastic experience: My daughter is not finished with her classes, but they came highly recommend. She is enjoying her classes and is engaged.

Fantastic experience: Great lessons. I currently have coach Mitch and he's awesome. He always makes the class fun and simple. If someone gets a question wrong he doesn't yell at them but instead he calmly tells is the right answer and explains why. I recommend this class to anyone looking to be a defensive driver

Fantastic experience: My teacher was Eric and he was very polite and kind. He was explained everything very clearly and was very understanding if we didn’t understand something. Anyone that gets him as their teacher is very lucky

Fantastic experience: This driving school is a top choice in my mind. With former police officers as instructors, an online class and ability to schedule drives, extremely polite and helpful staff in the DOL process, a military discount, and the ability to split the costs into 2 or more payments it's just a win win choice. They also cover the DOL written and drive tests. Win Win!!!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful driving school! The instructors are all amazing and kind. Even with the Coronavirus pandemic, they adapted well to it, still offering drives, online driving school, knowledge tests, and skills tests that were all super helpful and streamlined! I had Louis, and he was a wonderful teacher.

Fantastic experience: Great school. My son enjoyed the classes and learnt a lot. He has been driving now for several months on his own and is doing great. I will be sending my next son to classes this summer.

Fantastic experience: They really want the kids to succeed. The instructors make sure to give parents feedback to help their child specific to what they need to succeed. Fantastic instructors. I wish I had used them for my other children.

Fantastic experience: The teen driving class was one of the best I have ever seen. The staff was very helpful. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging. My daughter passed both tests with no problems. Mr. Terry was especially amazing.

Fantastic experience: My driving experience was amazing! My instructor was Mike Mong and he did a wonderful job of teaching us our driving skills and preparing us for the road. He was not harsh or rude in any way, and he knew exactly what to do in hazardous situations. I highly recommend this program, 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: Great driving school, just finished up my 5 weeks. Mr. Jim was my instructor and he went above and beyond and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with what I learned and would recommend to anyone who wants to go to a driving school.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loved her 5 weeks of class! She walked out each day more and more comfortable with her knowledge of the road. She has never tested well because she gets nervous... the teachers made it so comfortable that she didn’t stress and was able to pass every test. She has a while still before she turns 16 but as a young 15, she is a very confident and cautious driver. Thank you 911.

Fantastic experience: When I took the class it was engaging the teachers were awesome and hilarious and I couldn't have asked for any better teachers. They knew when to be serious and when to tone it down to keep us intrigued. Honestly anybody who wants to learn to drive should come to this school. I have many other friends who have taken this course and they love it too, not only does it come with the ability to bring insurance cost down it also gives great experience. Would 100℅ recommend.

Fantastic experience: Took the course, I loved the team and they covered a lot of content but never judged on the drives or in class. Would recommended to others looking to get their license. Especially had a good experience with Mr. Terri and Mr. Mark. Any bad review couldnt be farther from the truth.

Positive experience: Yes it can be pricey but i still think its a good school for not even knowing how to drive, for those who say they cant pass for like the 3rd time on the test, that basicaly mean that you shouldnt even be on the road, pass ur test and know ur knowlage of the road.

Fantastic experience: I have now sent all three of my teenage sons through this program and I can not say enough good things about it! Working with teens I have seen a huge difference in the quality of the drivers coming out of other programs, they just don't seem to be learning nearly as much as the students at 911. The 911 Silverdale staff are really amazing at what they do. After three students I can attest that each and every staff member genuinely cares about the students and parents. They are invested in helping your child stay safe! As a side note 1 of my sons is extremely dyslexic and they were accepting and accommodating so he never once felt behind or overwhelmed! I know it is expensive to send your student to drivers education but 911 Silverdale is absolutely worth it!!!

Negative experience: Super rude staff, do not send your kids through this driving school. Not worth the money

Fantastic experience: Took my driving test here rather than waiting more than a month to schedule one through the DMV. If you pass, they process it immediately and you can go to the DMV and get your license right after.

Negative experience: This school is a huge waste of money. The instructors don't know what they're talking about at all and completely ignore feedback.

Negative experience: This "school" is a waste of money...First you have to pay $500 for five hours of broken up drive time and some bullshit videos and personal stories the "instructors" tell them from their experiences...At the end of the day, it's the parents who have to teach the student how to drive; so the REAL question her is this: WHAT DID I REALLY PAY FOR?? I'm the one teaching and taking my kid out on the streets to learn to drive, NOT the school! I won't make this $500 mistake again with my other two kids!! Don't waste your money and teach your kids yourself, because that's what you're going to end up doing anyway!
