Fantastic experience: Easy and efficient. Completed a 2 hour driving session and the next day completed the road exam at the DMV. $198 Great experience. Would do it again or recommend to my kid.

Negative experience: I called and asked about the driver class and the rude man told me there’s no such thing and hung up in my face

Fantastic experience: This driving sachool is very hard work and sttaf is very nice.

Negative experience: I gave 2 stars because the classes are very reasonably priced, and booking online was a breeze. If you care about customer service and professionalism and order, though, go elsewhere. I received a call from the Admin this morning - which is 3 days after I booked my first class and less than 24 hours before my session - telling me I still needed to send my permit and payment. I had received no info ahead of time to do these things nor a confirmation of any of my 4 appointments via email, phone, or text, so her sense of urgency made no sense to me. I could barely understand her, and she was rushing me. She rushed me off the phone and said she'd just text me a confirmation. I was on the train and dealing with voting in the election. The first text I got was for my permit. I had a picture on my phone already from surprising my husband, so I immediately sent it. I then got the payment text. She called back to see if I could come in at 8 instead of 10, but I couldn't because I have to drop my daughter off at preschool. I then told her I was sending the payment then. I got caught up with the train and voting, so I didn't hit send on the Zelle. I got a text saying my class was canceled. Why not call me back like you did before? I called immediately and asked why I was declined. She said because I didn't send payment. I told her that I had just talked to her less than 2 hours ago and told her I was sending it. She said, "Yeah, but you didn't." I explained that I'm in the middle of voting. She didn't care. There was no grace. I said, "I wasn't aware there was a deadline." Crickets. If you see the photo attached, it tells you when you book that payment is due AT APPOINTMENT. I just told her to go ahead and cancel the rest of my appointments. I don't want to do business with people who are highly stressed like this. I was really excited to finally get my driver's license. This killed my enthusiasm a bit. Update: I am now reducing my review to 1 star due to the reply I received - telling me to read the policy, while supporting the terrible service and ignoring the screenshot of their site with the instruction of payment being due AT APPOINTMENT. I don't know if they just added the "policy" since my review, but they don't even honor their own "policy". I scheduled my appointments on November 2nd. If the policy at the time was to pay within 24 hours after scheduling, why wasn't I declined until November 5th then? Seems like they just can't fix the error about the payment being due AT the appointment because it's still there to this day. Anyway, I found another school that was 5 stars across the board and got my driver's license on November 22, 2024. I'm happy I was forced to find another school.

Fantastic experience: This school is very good and my experience has been smooth. Ben (Instructor 2) is excellent with great communication and easy to get along with. He is also very knowledgeable and I have learned practical skills that only come from years on the road in a short amount of time thanks to Ben. He was also kind enough to be patient during a hiccup on test day with the appointment center that caused a delay of nearly two hours. Nevertheless, I passed the test on my first attempt thanks to his excellent teaching even though I was quite agitated due to the situation. The office lady Michelle is also incredibly helpful with any questions.
