Positive experience: *update* I was given a refund for the lessons I had taken with the teacher who was inappropriate. Even though it took a while, we did come to a resolution, and the situation has been handled.** 1) I did get my drivers license so I'm thankful but 2) the teacher I had for my last two lessons, Anthony at the little village location, was completely inappropriate with me during those two lessons. Making diddy jokes, calling me pet names, touching me. Unacceptable. I called in to make a complaint three weeks ago and they just got back to me today to say that they're handling it. "Internally" I feel like I wasn't taken seriously I wanted a refund for the lessons that I took with him, they mentioned giving me an hour, but I was so frustrated. I hung up the phone. I tried to explain to the supervisor if this was his daughter, and he did not like me using that example. I wonder why. I don't think Anthony is calling 6 foot four KEVIN, "my love" the company explained that they couldn't extract the audio from the dash cam and not only does that create an unsafe environment for the person taking the lesson, but also a lack of accountability on the teacher. Sexual harassment training needs to be done and I need a refund. This teacher was around my age btw (27)

Fantastic experience: My instructor, Edgar B, was extraordinary. Very patient, diligent, and friendly. I feel like my driving anxiety was cured because of him lol. Nova, I really hope you guys do your part on considering to give this man a raise or a promotion. He plays a huge role in delivering the purpose of the company.
