Negative experience: I have to say this was a learning experience. She provided a discount during our first initial conversation. Then, when the training was almost complete before the driving session. She stated “ I was not charged for the full session and you would need to pay more”. She also stated that, “she does not get out of her car to knock on the door or make any calls when she picking up the kids for the driving lessons”. She never called to schedule the last session for my son and she always has an excuse for everything she lacks in. She is very unprofessional and I will never refer her to anyone or go back to this driving school ever again. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: This process was definitely a journey, before coming here I was struggling to find help to get my license. I was hesitant, because I paid for drivers ed before and it wasn't a good experience. Yet, I was so thrilled after getting in contact with Mrs. Sheila and finally being able to make it to the in person class. From start to finish it was hands on and with interactive videos, causing everyone to realize the slightest bad decision can cause a life-changing mishap. Also, the importance of being a defensive driver. Thereafter, since I didn't have a vehicle I chose to do my driving training with her. Although, I'd get frustrated, wanting to quit and didn't see eye-to-eye with her often, I knew she had my best interest in mind. With alot of praying and using the advice I was instructed on to the best of my ability, thankfully I received my license. With that being said I think it was all worth it, thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Let me just say this I don't write reviews at all however I just have to say how Mrs. Wilson is such a good instructor, she pushed me to get my drivers license! she taught me how to drive within three days with taking her lessons. I just got my license two days ago! If you want to learn how to drive to get your license I would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I hardly ever leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. As a first time driver, it’s been a lengthy road to getting my license as I tend to be over analytical with stuff like this. After a lot of practice, I finally bit the bullet and scheduled my driving test. I was in need of a car for the test and was calling around in search of one. I landed on Punch Bug Remedial and I’m so glad I did. Sheila was knowledgeable, professional, and super sweet. She helped me with my test location and was reassuring during the whole process. I have no complaints from beginning to end. I was able to pass the test my first go around and she was there at the end with nothing but joy and support. Fantastic experience: I was given a three-month license suspension for my second speeding offense. I had to take a JDIP course. I could not for the life of me find a school that does this for juveniles. I ended up at Punch Bug, and the instructor was fantastic! She was extremely respectful and insightful, and the way the course is structured makes it easy to absorb the material without forgetting it later. Overall it was simple to pay attention and take notes. In the moment, you might not be aware of the serious risks involved in violating the law, but after the lesson, I feel enlightened. I also know that the consequences for my actions will always be the same or even worse if I don't change how I drive. I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I really loved this course. It wasn’t your typical driving school. She was very nice and I could understand everything she was talking about. The test was extremely easy, and taking her course made me feel confident. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs a refresher.

Fantastic experience: Searching for a driving school wasn’t easy for me but God lead me to Ms. Sheila and the rest is history! If you are ever in the Cleveland area searching for someone calm and patient to get you through the transition process from driving home to here in the USA she is the one! I can say we officially did it with Christ Ms. Sheila! I want to thank you so much for being there for me! I mean I took her remedial class in October of 2022 and she was still by me until June of 2023 when I got my DL! I failed the maneuverability and we both knew that was my weak point but when it was time to retake there was Ms. Sheila again showing up for me! I remembered before I took the test I said “Ms. Sheila, please pray! And she did right then and there!” And to God be the Glory we did it! I left the BMV with my a pass! Thank you very much again Ms. Sheila!

Fantastic experience: Punch Bug Driving School... What can I say or what can't I say about it. Mrs Wilson is AWESOME!!! My daughter received her letter of completion May 15th. She tested May 16th, full of nervous energy and STILL PASS ON HERE 1ST TRY!!! Did I mention she's 17?! I would highly recommend this school! Thanks Mrs Wilson, you're the greatest!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t imagine getting taught by anyone else, if you need to take the drivers ed course I HIGHLY RECOMMEND punch bug remedial driving school. Mrs. & Mr.Wilson are wonderful people and VERY professional you will love them just as much as I did/do, mrs.wilson kept me interested and made my lessons enjoyable/fun yet STILL educational. Fantastic experience: Mrs. Wilson was a great driving instructor, I passed my driving test the very first time. The lessons were quick and easy and it help me prepare myself for the test. It also allowed me to become a better driver. She cares greatly about her students and I would recommend for sure

Fantastic experience: Mrs.Wilson and Mr.Wilson are such great people, I love them! They’re very honest, helpful and wise. I had such a great time in her class. We learned a lot in those few days. Mrs.Wilson is a tough love type of person and she pushes you to a good point. When you’re feeling like you can’t do something, she motivates you and tells you can do it “in a funny way”. Mrs.Wilson class is very easy and very educating we did a lot of fun games and work too ! With the driving part she really helped me understand my mistakes and what i can fix. I wish i could go to her class again, she’s like another mother or an auntie. 10/10 i definitely recommend her class you won’t regret it !

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to take this class a few times in my life. This was the best experience I had . Also learned a few laws have change. Don't recommend getting in trouble but would recommend this driving school if in need.

Fantastic experience: This class is seriously the best remedial class you can EVER take. I took this class for juvenile driver improvement. Mrs.Wilson seriously is the best teacher ever and she makes the class extremely enjoyable, fun, but still educational. Got my BMV approved certificate needed for 12 point juvenile suspension and I am so honestly glad I got it from here. You can tell Mrs.Wilson actually cares about you learning and wants you to better yourself from her programs. Sadly I won’t be seeing Mrs.Wilson again she made damn sure I won’t be making any mistakes on the road again, but I WILL 100% recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a remedial class.

Fantastic experience: I was one of Mrs. Sheila's adult students when she was teaching me, I couldn't have done it without her positive support. She was able to help me understand how to properly drive and maneuver while I was initially anxious of making accidents. I would highly recommend her to others if they asked me where to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: My name is Sam, I had a great experience with this driving school, I made friendships and memories I’ll never forget with the students as well as the teacher, we had fun in class, there was never a sad or awkward moment. After the first day I just wanted to come back for more, we had so much fun I wished I could have class with Mrs. Wilson everyday.
