Negative experience: Pésimo, simplemente cuando les hace falta dinero te desaprueban porque si. Simplemente me estafaron, los que comentan que es un buen lugar para hacer la prueba de manejo es porque son familiares y amigos o simplemente ya habían estafado lo suficiente ese día. 0 estrellas, pésimo Terrible, simply when they need money they disapprove of you just because. They simply scammed me, those who comment that it is a good place to take the test drive are because they are family and friends. Terrible

Negative experience: Si pudiera le Daria 0 hay una Mexicana que tiene mal caracter y grita si no pasas el examen para que escuchen todos y cuando sales aser el examine de manejo es vien prepotente y enojona.Asta le pregunte por su nonbre en buena manera y me dijo que si era policia que no me inportaba

Negative experience: Si pudiera les daba 0 estrellas, por qué no merecen ni una. La instructora de manejo que me tocó tenía malas formas desde que me subí al carro. No hagas el examen aquí, seguro que cualquier otro lugar es mejor, por lo menos el trato.

Negative experience: The driving test examiner’s attitude is the worst. When I began to drive, she began to shout at me all the time. It makes me hard to drive carefully. Don’t take a driving test here!

Negative experience: The front desk people are very rude , once we came in we come up to the front desk and they rudely tell you to sit right away . As we were waiting , they told us their internet wasn’t working , and the whole system was down which I understand it’s not their fault , and they let everyone know we can’t proceed to take the driving or written test until the website is back up , they also told everyone if we wanted to wait we can but we would have to use our own cars , not the company’s and if we slip a little it’s an automatic fail. Secs later, the Asian guy who does the test drives called up a customer that was also waiting ( same race as him ) and they proceeded with his driving test with the company’s car after they told us we had to use our own car, and that the system was down . I left as I seen that and here’s the picture of them leaving in the company’s car for the testing .

Negative experience: Este lugar es un fraude te cobran por hacer el examen cuando lo puede hacer en el DMV por gratis y si no lo Pasan cobran otros $15 mas y aparte llega un chino o filipino que tiene un acuerdo con los dueños y el les ayuda a pasar el examen a los de su misma nacionalidad claro el les cobra aparte mycho mas dinero y aparte la que hace los exámenes de manejo se cree la dueña de el Lugar y es muy prepotente

Fantastic experience: Very nice lady very great experience!

Negative experience: The waiting time wasn't bad. Driving instructor was very rude during the test. He kept yelling "what are you doing" which was distracting and not helpful. I would recommend checking the tone your instructors use with testers, a calmed and clear instruction is sufficient, there is no need to put more pressure than necessary during a test. I appreciated the feedback at the end of the test.

Fantastic experience: Not only has this location been incredibly fast and efficient with every aspect of their service(s), but the owner was even kind enough to make sure I had the information necessary to get my rightful resolution at the DMV after a representative at the DMV had actually given me incorrect information regarding the official documentation regarding reacquiring my License. Western slope Driving Institute has great prices for their services, and is worth every Penny ¢ for the amount of hassle & headaches they will save you from dealing with when trying to schedule anywhere else. -THANKS SO MUCH to everyone at Western Slope Driving Institute!!-

Negative experience: Went here to take my drivers licence test, first off lady at the desk was indifferent to everything, seemed like she dreamed about getting out of there, and after taking a test I can undertand her. My driving instructor was rude and unfriendly, not only that she was extremely irritated at something, so she reacted to my every wrong move as if it was the end of the world. Not only that, she grabbed the wheel out of my hands twice(!) even though there was no risk of collision. Horrible place with horrible people, I would rather ride a bike for the rest of my life than go here again.

Negative experience: I went in to this the place asking for some information. The young lady at the desk was rude, indifferent, she didn’t even look at me. She made me feel unwelcome. She just handed me a piece of paper with all of their prices. I will definitely not come back to this place and will not recommend either.

Negative experience: Terrible place drive safe is way better

Negative experience: Alejandra Villalobos was incredibly unprofessional and wasted our time and money. She belittled my son, called his driving awful while he was trying to focus on his test and shared many personal political opinions to him. She ranted about “kids these days” while attempting to take his test as well. I am so disappointed in this experience. I have some advice for you - if you hate kids and your job so much - do everyone a favor and quit. A biased, intimidating woman who has no place in this profession.

Negative experience: This place is terrible and rude miserable people work here. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE‼️ They failed me twice so I went over to drive safe and I passed on the first try! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DRIVESAFE over this place. This place fails you over the littlest things so you keep coming back and wasting money. Stay away from this location ‼️‼️

Fantastic experience: Adrian was great very quick and professional service! Quickest DMV visit for drive test I think I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had. First of all the lady at the front desk didn’t even speak she just handed us the paper and sat us down. We waited for at least 2 hours before taking the test. She let some other guy go in front of us and said he was here before us even though he just pulled up. She didn’t even ask us if we were using our own car or theirs to test and then proceeded to have an attitude when we brought her the papers to use our own car. The instructor brought only us inside to tell us in front of everybody that we failed while he didn’t do that to anybody else. Even the man who just got out of prison to take a written test was treated nicer than us. Instructor made up little mistakes that I know I didn’t do wrong and continued to say I had a great drive but made 6 TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS which wasn’t true! DO Not Waste Your Time Going Here unless you want to be treated like trash!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience. The instructor/tester was so rude. Unprofessional and disaster. Don't waste your time and money going here. I tried Drive Safe and it was amazing in all aspects.

Negative experience: La muchacha del front desk muy amable siempre, pero al instructora de manejo me grito en varias ocasiones y estaba enojada todo el tiempo porque le robaron su tarjeta de crédito, estuvo en su teléfono mientas hacía mi examen de manejo y mandado mensajes de voz, no recomiendo este lugar.

Negative experience: They are unprofessional people who don’t consider others time and money. Go straight to the DMV they are a rip off and don’t help also there is a hot cheeto girl in the front who will probably play music and chew gum and won’t let you concentrate. As for the owner she’s old and grumpy .

Negative experience: Walked in today to ask if they had any security footage from the night an accident happened to me. The 50 year old woman who is the manager was very rude and belittled me for not coming in sooner. She talked down to me like a parent would a child. I am 30, had something horrible happen to me and I did not come to be scolded or lectured-I came for help. My mother was very sick and I did not go looking for security footage right away because I flew out to be with her. I am aware most places don't keep footage this long. After confronting her for being rude she made a shooing motion towards the door and said "I have nothing for you." The woman at the front desk was kind, so I thank her for being professional and nice to me.

Negative experience: It seems like a good driving place but im trying to sign up for the online package and they don’t answer, and don’t have my location on the form even though there is a building near by.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of going through my process at western slope with Adrian and Ashley, Adrian was an awesome “tester?” Not sure what to call them (sorry) and Ashley was a wonderful personality and sense of humor to help pass the wait time. Thanks to them for helping me !
