Negative experience: Buyer Beware! They are selling packages that they can't honor and once you purchase, there are no resolutions for you when you can't book what you purchased. We made the mistake of buying the permit class with the driving lessons. In over a year, we have not been able to book the driving lessons. There are never appointments through the online system at any location. They put you on a waitlist for all locations and you get a text when something opens up, but there's never an option available when the text comes in. I've regularly checked online as I was advised for the next schedule to come out and can't ever find an appointment at any location within an hour of the location we took the permit class. Called to find out if that could be rolled over for the driving test instead since my child is now far outside of the age that the driving lessons are required, since we've never been able to get these scheduled. Nope. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Even worse was the lack of customer service or understanding of the frustration by Andrea Gonzalez at the Lakewood location, who I unfortunately had to talk to (even though I called the Denver location). Not once did she even attempt to find any open appointments to fulfill this or offer any kind of solution, she was just snarky and rude. Please spare yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else!

Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled at the testing!! After I took my test(Which would be the fourth of my life since I’m 40) I was told by the instructor that he couldn’t tell if I was going over 25 miles an hour so he gave me the benefit of the doubt he told me I was very careful in everything I did except I didn’t come down on complete stop three full times! So in other words, he told me that at three stop signs. I continue to move and didn’t come to complete stops, but I was absolutely careful on everything else in the test. I spent $99 to take this test. I was failed because I made three in fractions Immediately I asked for a retest with somebody different and was told I had to pay $70 !!! Now for someone who’s had their license since they were 16 but had to retest because it’s been a long time I don’t understand how you can say that I didn’t pass my test. I was told that I was going to be contacted by management and that did not occur. I feel as though this is a racket and I absolutely do not recommend this place to go . Find a different place because they were almost guaranteed fail you just to charge you again. And then not follow through with their word when they say they’ll have management contact you! Edit: I still don’t think you know what you’re talking about! I did come to complete stops every time if I did every single thing else good and was praised on everything else. How did I not come to complete stop three full times that’s absolutely asinine. It is a racket. I spent $100 to take a test in your car where your tester couldn’t tell what speed I was going and then failed me because he said I didn’t stop only to turn around and try to charge me 70 more dollars your company is a joke you do not give complete test your tester was asinine. All I asked for was a different tester and you can’t do that you want to charge me more money absolutely not , this is an absolute racket and all you care about is taking drivers money. , this is a absolute racket and all you care about is taking drivers money. If you’re standing by your company, won’t you let me retest with a different tester?

Negative experience: The initial permit class was good. Impossible to schedule required driving lessons paid for with that class. Looking two months out and not a single appointment available. Only one appointment in their network 6-weeks out in Greenwood Village. They add you to a waitlist that texts you if something opens. I have received 6 of these texts, 5 of them I clicked the link right when it came in and there has yet to be any appointments available at the link. They really should stop selling the lessons until they can actually honor the ones they have actually sold. I cannot recommend this situation to anyone.
