Negative experience: After selling to Coastline my daughters 6.5 hours of credit for driving were expired. My daughter like many would have wanted to drive 40-50 hours with her parents before having to drive with a complete stranger. once ready to cross that bridge of driving with her parents, she could not complete her last 6 hours because they were expired and now have to be paid for twice. What a shameful thing to do to try and make more revenue.

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a tough time finding a company to help with my situation. Coastline helped tremendously to get me going in a timely matter. the instructor was very nice and wanted me to succeed. I would recommend coastline to any teen or adult looking to get a permit or license in the Littleton area.

Negative experience: Called to inquire about home pick up for a student, knowing that I live out of the metro and surrounding areas. Just giving my address was atrocious, and not a good taste from a DRIVING school. And instead of saying they don't offer pick up in my area, I was told there are no instructors available at this time and to call back in a month. *edit to add after response. I did everything you advised before leaving the review that I left. I had to tell the lady on the phone my home address 4 times before she could get it right. That's scary for a DRIVING school!

Negative experience: Bunch of cheaters. There is a package for at home pickup however once you have had your first class they will tell you that the next home pickup is not for over a month. They will then want you to meet at a common location without giving you a discount on the price if you want to schedule something sooner.

We do offer two-tier packages in the Denver area offering home pickup when available as well as meeting locations from our office locations.
Lesson availability is on a first come, first serve basis as all students are able to self-book 24/7 on our website. The available lesson times you see are what is opened outside of lessons already booked. If you purchased home pickup but later scheduled lessons to have a meeting location, we could absolutely refund the difference in the package you paid for.
