I highly recommend this course as it’s surprisingly easy to understand. The only thing I found annoying was how you had to have a certain number of hours to take a unit test, but that’s required by state. Overall, great experience

Fantastic experience: Leaving a review in behalf of my father who took the driving exam with Ilse. He wants to give her a 5 star for Punctuality and because he was treated with respect and he loved the fact that she explained her self and told him were he failed.

Negative experience: My mom signed up for her drive test with Gary. He was very racist to her. She does not speak English very well and Gary told her she needs to test with a Spanish speaker. This is bad business to reject someone for not speaking English.

Negative experience: Edit 2: So they in fact did not refund me even what is stated in their policy. I guess you will hear from some people soon, Steven. Other driving schools in CO have at least ~month-long queue (and bad reviews of course, you just can’t go without them as a business), at this one you can sign up a day before and then they steal your money by hiding behind their policy, which happens to be not working. Looks like a scheme. Fool me once shame on you. Also when you are choosing a school, notice how all of their locations have exactly the same number of reviews (around 400) that are all 5 stars - makes you wonder how much the reviews are nowadays ——- Edit: As I stated, I was not late, I was withing these 5 minutes. Some guy (I guess his name was Steven) just called me and threatened me to get this review out, or else they would not refund me anything, even what is stated in their refund policy. —- I guess I am one of the first people to have one of the most awful experiences ever at this school. I scheduled and paid upfront for a driving exam, coming from a foreign country since my foreign driver's license does not work in the state of Colorado. I got to an office on Colfax that exists without any visible directions on how to find it, I had to ask people for directions, and upon arrival, I was told that I was 1 (!) minute late (yeah I wasnt) and that they had already found someone else to take my place (can you imagine that speed) The most interesting part here is that they called me, and I confirmed that I was coming and would be there in 2 minutes. I guess this is what happens when you give people some power, and they just treat you like a low-life. It was impossible to reason with this woman. I suppose when you treat people with a smile and respect, this is what you get in return. Their hotline just listened to me and did nothing. I'm waiting for them to call me back, ri-i-ight. I guess $90 just went down the drain. I suppose this is just me being unlucky, but I don't understand how they can have 5 stars. This is just beyond me.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Fantastic experience: I went to just take a test, I didnt take any lessons. Gary gave me my test and was really wonderful! Very kind, told me not to be nervous and gave plenty of notice before turns and such. Then, after I passed help me go online to get my license so I could avoid the DMV. He also gave me a few tips on what I could work on as I continue to drive. Thank you so much Gary!

Fantastic experience: Lamont, driving instructor, was very professional and friendly. Provided good feedback to improve driving skills and I passed along side this. He was on time and rescheduling was easy because dmv complexities and work schedule was busy so Maite (customer service rep) made it happen quick with many slots and availabilities open. I took the driving test at the Montbello location (new) which was nice, not crowded, and convienent.
