Negative experience: We have been waiting over 6months to have a driving lesson. And no one calls us back unless it’s to just cancel the lesson, but they don’t offer a reasonable reschedule date and Location. They offered to reschedule to a location an hour away. I signed up for him to be pu from home. I’m still waiting to be contacted for a reschedule or a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and timely with all forms. They definitely take their job as providing quality instruction that creates safe drivers very seriously! My son was able to get his license soon after turning 16 and is driving everywhere!! He is a great confident driver and he found the instructors are very nice! They come right to your house to pick up for the driving portion, which is very convenient and were always on time! They were very accommodating in working on areas we requested additional attention.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Krause is the best driving teacher ever! He tells you want you need to know making the experience exciting and fun. He is so outgoing and makes your day better! Drivers Ed would have been hard and long if I didn’t have Krause. He just makes your day ten times better!

Negative experience: Definitely go anywhere else . Ray Charles could probably do a better job teaching people how to drive .
