Fantastic experience: My name is Abagayle Anderson and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with my instructor Will Thorton, I have extreme anxiety, and driving anxiety due to wrecks I have been in as a minor, and he really helped me build confidence. He was kind and gentle even when I freaked out or didn't know how to respond, or even when I took his instructions a little to literally! I was able to pass my test with his help. He is extremely friendly and gets down on your level. I also got to speak with Renee a few times and she was very helpful and patient! For the quality and services they provide you, it is worth all the money. Coming from someone who was convinced I wouldn’t drive, or even be good at it. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!! Especially if you have an struggles such as anxiety, autism, or other!

Today marks a special milestone for our daughter who has autism as she successfully passed her road test with the best instructor we could have asked for, Mr Will! Will always made the lessons fun and productive. He always shared what skills to work on in between lessons to help reinforce learning from week to week! Renee also worked behind the scenes with helping us schedule lessons and ensure all the necessary paperwork was done to proceed with the final steps towards earning a license. I will be forever grateful to Will and Renee for making me feel comfortable to pursue this very important life skill for our daughter. Being able to drive will lead to more opportunities and open doors to greater independence in the years to come! This experience was worth every penny spent! He gave lots of pointers and tips, basically things to look out for. Great great place to take your test, 100% recommend. I was one of the testers that hadn’t taken safeway driving courses but nonetheless, great place.

Ms. Renee assisting with all the scheduling for my son's appointments and Mr. Will helped my son to be on the road safe driver with great tips. Mr. Will had taken away my son's anxiety behind the wheel with his patient and kind demeanor.

Fantastic experience: My Granddaughter was enrolled in the SafeWay Driving Sienna location's Teen Advanced Pro program. She found the online classes to be manageable and also scheduling her basic instructional drives and observations including the 30 hours of instruction that would be the parent's responsibility. An added benefit was the ability to schedule with an instructor she was comfortable with who was also available to administer the DPS Road Test through SaveWay. I recommend this program for anyone interested in providing great drivers training for their Teen.

Negative experience: i called them 50+ times left messages when their mailbox was not FULL and got no response couldnt get my course unlocked and now will not meet my deadline after already having had paid 50$ for an extension terrible overall customer service i would give them a negative 5 if i could i would recommend you much rather put your kid in a defensive driving course cost lost and is a whole lot quicker and better

Fantastic experience: In the process of getting my driver's license, Safeway Driving made life 10 times easier. It was convenient since it was nearby, and it worked with parent taught and class taught drivers education. The instructors are very nice, straightforward, and easy to work with. This is definitely the best local place to go to take the drivers test.

Negative experience: 3/28/17 @ 4:30 pm. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not, I repeat, do not use the Sienna driving school off Sienna ranch Road. Long story short, traffic in right lane (east bound traffic) on Sienna ranch road were stopped as to not block intersection. People in left lane could still proceed east, or forward, since there was no traffic in that lane. 15- year old left parking area to cross both lanes to turn left onto northbound lanes of Sienna ranch road. Driver in left lane hit the breaks to not t-bone said vehicle. Drivers ed teacher threw up his hands as to say he had the right of way crossing traffic. I often wondered if the teachers in these drivers ed vehicles knew the rules of the road. Now I know.

Fantastic experience: Safeway Driving taught my daughter how to drive in " real world" conditions and prepared her for her driving test. She loved learning from them instead of parents. I wish they were around when my other two teenagers were learning to drive! Highly recommend Safeway.
