Negative experience: The WOREST SERVICE EVER!!! I bought 8-hours driving class. When I still have 2 hours available in my account, I suddenly can't login on due to "Your account is not active. You cannot login." I called and been told that my account is still active and 2-hours are still available, but I still can't login on even after I reset the password and username!!! I called them back, but they were so impatient and kept HANGING UP on me!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The instructor was patient and knowledgeable. Every other instructors at Safety driving school are very professional. I give them 10/10.

Negative experience: BEWARE!! What a DISSAPOINTING experience! I signed my son up for the 6 hour adult class and spoke to a Mrs Rosa. Initial conversation was great! I did express though..once you buy the course the fact it specifically says when trying to book, it was filled months on out is crazy even when you check in on Mon to schedule there are NO slots. Mrs Rosa did understand and booked my son for that Sat 9/15/23 and it was CLARIFIED the valet option was applicable. I spoke to her the morning of Sept 15th to also book the 16th at same time 3-5pm. Well, come Sat 3pm no one was there to pick my son up. We called Mrs Rosa after 10 min of waiting and she reached out to driver he showed up 20 min late. I asked that the 20 min be added to next drive and also could they drop him at work since now he would be late. His job is LITERALLY 2 blocks away( .23 ) miles from the house. Instead he drops my son off at 4:45 therefor he has lost still a good (25 min) of drive. We live (.44 miles) equilvalent to 3/4 min. from pick up spot! I let it go! NEXT DAY they did NOT show up at ALL and had the audacity to charge me 75$ for NO SHOW. I had to call to be refunded! AGAIN he is VALET! I called and called Mrs Rosa to see how to rectify all this and was Ghosted! left messages and called several times! NOTHING no call back etc.. So unprofessional. Linda was exceptional in trying to reach this HORRIBLE MANAGER that took no responsibility for her mistakes and her facility. Now I await a refund in which I spoke to owner who is shorting me on my refund but I don't even care just to get away from this horrible company is worth it! THANK YOU LINDA for putting your best efforts forward for a little less of a horrible exoerience with this company!
