Safeguard Driving School has been a cornerstone of driver education in Houston since 2010. Located on the southwest side of the city, we are a community-oriented institution dedicated to empowering both teens and adults with the skills and confidence needed to drive safely. We recognize that a driver's license is more than just a permit; it is a vital tool for securing employment, pursuing education, and achieving personal independence.

Our mission is to make Houston's roads safer, one driver at a time. We provide a welcoming and supportive environment where students learn not only the mechanics of driving but also the critical importance of safety and responsibility. Whether you are a new teen driver or an adult seeking to refresh your skills, our professional instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.

We offer comprehensive Teen Driver Education and Adult Driving Classes, including specialized training available in Spanish. Additionally, we serve as a convenient 3rd Party Testing Provider for DPS road tests, helping you navigate the licensing process with ease. Experience the Safeguard difference and join a school that truly cares about your success and the safety of our community.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school! Also affordable compared to others. I had to get my road test as soon as possible. I called the same day for an appointment to see when I could take the test and to my surprise they could take me the same day.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I walked in, and the receptionist was on her phone, completely inattentive. When I asked for help, she was rude and unhelpful. Customer service is important, and this kind of attitude makes a terrible first impression. If there were zero stars, I’d give that. Definitely not the kind of professionalism I expected.
