Fantastic experience: My therapist Clayton is really great. He is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all that he does.
Fantastic experience: I thoroughly look forward to session’s at Georgia counseling. Mrs. Summers is truly heaven sent and has helped me tremendously with my recovery.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Morris is an outstanding therapist. He’s made such a great impact in a very little time. I would highly recommend him.
Negative experience: Absolutely would NOT recommend this business. I am not a current patient and definitely would not consider. I was inquiring of their services on behalf of a family member… Said family member is a current client, and had been trying for days to get ahold of the office to schedule an appointment. I, too, called the number listed on both Google and their website. No response. No option to leave a voicemail. No callbacks. This went on for several days. After some consideration, I made the trip to the facility as they are not far to handle my inquiries. Upon arrival, another patron and her family were seated. There was no one behind the front desk, and as suspected, the phone continuously rang with no relief. Finally, a woman I want to assume was one of the counselors/therapists appeared. She did not greet me. She didn’t even speak. I was not worth more than a passing glance. She escorted the other patron and her party, without even asking what I was there for. A simple, “I’ll be right with you”, or “please leave your name and number and I will I’ll reach back out in earnest” would’ve sufficed. Needless to say, I was irritated. Due to her lack of professionalism, I too, became unprofessional. I walked behind the reception desk (which in itself, seems unsafe at a therapist office? Why is it unlocked? Not all patients are of sound mind?), & left a note on the desk to please contact my family member who had been trying for days to get ahold of them to schedule an appointment. The whole experience was draining.
Thank you for your insightful feedback.
Fantastic experience: Mrs Wilcox is great and very easy to talk to. Very informative as well. Wish I could rate this place 10 stars.
