Negative experience: Against the many GLOWING reviews for this school, I have to say this was the shadiest form of business I have had to deal with. The place might as well be a pit to throw money in because I have been reaching out for a week to schedule a defensive driver's course. Cannot wait for the rigamarole of filing a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. All I received in terms of correspondence from them is a text to say that they were closed on Monday. I called twice on Tuesday, thrice on Wednesday, and finally, I called the DDS to file a complaint and for an investigation. It makes no sense to me how a "business" can be open for eight hours and not a single person answers a phone.

Our office is unclear why you posted this review,. Calls are answered during our business hours and if a message is left, clients are called back. Clients also receive automated confirmations when registered for a class. We do not have any registrations from a Lacey Patterson for a class, and unclear on your reference that you registered to participate in a class. You can also email our office at [email protected]. Fantastic experience: I called Safety 1st of Georgia, for assistance with a defensive driving class for my girls. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and how responsive the lady was. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend Safety 1st of Georgia!

Negative experience: I would give this place a -20 if i could!! their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I called this morning 1-10-22 they rude hateful woman who answers the phone hung up on me a total of 8 times. I was calling about getting my son defensive driving done and when I asked her name she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me every time after that!! the lady would answer the phone and would hang it up when she heard my voice..

Negative experience: Do not waste your time or money on this place. The staff is very unprofessional and RUDE! I am pregnant and tried attending a course here when I began to bee faint while standing in line to check in so I made my way to the back of the class to sit down and slightly pulled my mask down so I could breathe before I passed out, the front desk lady processed to tell me if i felt sick I need to leave the class. I was not sick, just light headed. She told me someone would call to reschedule but nobody did so I called and the lady over the phone was so disrespectful saying there’s no refund or rescheduling.
