Fantastic experience: Sam makes everything seems easy, and can teach you anything within a couple of steps. He has made me feel more confident with driving and with taking my test.

Negative experience: If I had the option for a negative star rating I would have given that instead. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time with this company. The staff could not be any more rude or unprofessional if they tried. Good luck finding any behind the wheel classes that are not scheduled smack in the middle of a school day (this is a driving school that teaches mostly kids I would assume yet there are no afternoon classes??). Plan to waste SEVERAL MINUTES several times per day for WEEKS trying to grab a highly sought after behind the wheel class , the website itself takes a long time to load the classes and then if you need to continue looking it takes just as long each time you need to click on another date or time..its so slow its almost unusable. My daughter had one lesson with Sam E and as another client has said already it was a horrible experience - NO professionalism . This man was smoking a cigarette while with my daughter, not using his words to tell her where to go but rather she had to see where his hand was waving to idol order to know when or where to turn-- pretty ridiculous considering this company is teaching new drivers who probably shouldn't be looking away from the road to guess where to go because their instructor won't use his words. I wanted my daughter to obtain her license before November but this company does not care and feels that the class doesn't "expire" until January so she will have plenty of time to "sign up" for more behind the wheel instruction before then -- and yet from today -9/22 thorough November there are no appts available so im not sure where they are getting that confidence from. Seriously the worst customer experience ever -- which is NOT OK when we have to shell out half a grand for this class and we are legally bound to take a class if she wants her license prior to turning 21. Terrible company..rude employees. Terrible almost unusable website . Do not waste your time or money on this trash business..

Fantastic experience: I had Mr. Russell, he was great! Definitely taught me how to drive because I passed the test first try!

Negative experience: NEVER. never book appointments with them. Drove 15 minutes to the location to meet “Sam E” Waited 10 minutes, asked when this guy was showing up and I was told “He was just here five minutes ago” After I was told to call/text him, I had no response after 20 minutes of waiting. Called the manager for some sort for compensation for this $500 service, and mary-kate greets us with rude service and tells us that I signed a contract saying that it’s perfectly okay for their workers to just not show up! Never sign up for a place that charges premium prices with the worst possible service to offer.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolute amazing instructor Sam! He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! He helped my daughter so much and taught her impeccable maneuverabilty! After searching many places for in-car training, I'm so grateful we went with Sam!

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn how to drive the right way, the Strongsville location do it as it's best, Russel the instructor was such a Professional gentleman with all the knowledge and the patience to do that, I'm so glad for had him to improve my son's knowledge, I definitely recommend him and this specific location to make that happened. Fantastic experience: Professional driving school is a great place to start for driving skills. I got trained by Mr. Russell and he is a great instructor and a mentor. Admired of his approach and teaching techniques, always guides the right way.

Negative experience: I was going to go here and when we pulled up to get info a drivers ed car hit my grandmothers car. It was a student and teacher, the car then took off. What is wrong with these people?

Fantastic experience: Very professional, good driver and knows all the rules of the road very good. Very helpful with driving in the road.

Fantastic experience: I did my in cars here and I had brooks( he was amazing) and both Sams. They all taught me what I needed to learn and made my experience really fun. I would recommend taking in cars with them

Negative experience: I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone, even if you must go out of your way to use a different company. I attempted to use this driving school for a 2-pt remedial course. On the website, it states "no pre-registration needed", and "cost is $70(no checks)". So I went to the location thinking I could use my card, since I rarely use cash. This is false, though it mentions nothing about 'no cards accepted' anywhere on the website. The lady was extremely rude about this, then told me I may run across the street to a corner store and get cash out of the ATM there. I did so, and when I got back it was now 9AM, and she would not let me in the class anymore. She had not even started with anything important, was only saying it was ok to eat during the class and such. They lost out on another easy $70, for a class they were already going to teach anyway, as its not as if I was the only one and they could just go home early if I was made to leave. I did leave, however, and used Heights Driving instead. The lorain road location it was at, is also filthy. I would have gone straight home to shower afterwards if I had had to stay there for the 8 hour class.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share that Cassie was an excellent driving instructor for behind the wheel training for my son! She was actually early for his lesson and texted prior to arrival and once she did arrive which was very courteous. She gave him more driving feedback and better instruction than his prior three driving instructors. Definitely schedule with Cassie if she is available!

Negative experience: Don't let the name fool you; cancelling the driving lesson an hour and half before scheduled, two out of three times, is not very professional. These driving sessions were scheduled months in advance. Unreal.
