Online driver education for individuals who are in need of the classroom course.
8-hour Driver Improvement/Defensive Driving class. Earn up to 5 safe driving points on your driving record. Volunteer and Court/DMV ordered.
3 time fail class as required by DMV if you fail your knowledge test 3 times. Immediate certificate for classes.
Relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Refreshments available for all students.
Friendly, knowledgeable instructors.
We welcome all individuals to attend class at our facility.

Negative experience: Paid for 3 private lessons, got 2. Instructor was great, but the office ghosted us, no replies to calls or emails. Outdated scheduling, zero follow-through. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Hello Anna, I don't think the private lessons were through us. I don't have any appointments showing for you. The last in vehicle classes we have was for your child in 2022. I always try to return calls and answer emails every day. Please call us at 757-463-0821 so we can see if we have missed something.
This is my third attempt to reach out to you. I tried calling you at the phone number we have for you from 2022 and this is my second reply to your review.
We look forward to hearing from you to see if we are missing records.

Fantastic experience: Excellent class! My wife and I took their 8 hour Driver Improvement Program to lower our auto insurance premiums. The classroom was warm and welcoming (including free treats). The course content (provided by AAA) was relevant and educational. And, the instructor was well-informed and well-spoken. Highly recommended...
