Negative experience: Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of frustration. They took my money ($450- which is higher than most driving schools in the area), promised to send me the electronic contract for signature along with my teens class start date on Monday. We’ll none of that happened - EXCEPT the $450 charge. I’ve called almost everyday for a week to resolve or be refunded neither has occurred.

Negative experience: The office manager was insanely rude and hung up on me when I requested a refund after they were unable to help me. Wouldn’t recommend at all

A Affordable Driving School

Good afternoon Mr. Pound. This is the office manager at Affordable Driving School. I absolutely was rude. After you had talked to me like a peasant who hasn't gone out of their way MULTIPLE times. It is not my fault its the law that you have to complete drivers education and show us the proper paperwork needed to get your license. Again... its the LAW. I went so far out of my way to assist you I even contacted your old high school and was on the phone with administration for 30 mins trying to get what you needed mailed to you which you could have very well handled yourself since you are an adult. I will not continue to help or even continue on with a conversation with someone who is yelling at me. So if telling you not to talk to me with such blatant disrespect, makes me rude, then so be it. Im not other businesses and I don't follow the whole "The customer is always right" rule. The costumer is not always right, and honestly more times than not ya'll are completely in the wrong. I am glad you decided to go elsewhere... because my employees don't deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Have a wonderful day, and good luck on getting your license.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Vickye Parker was the absolute BEST driver improvement teacher ! I will forever recommend her to everyone looking to take a class . She was so sweet and personable and made everyone feel so welcome and included . I’m praying for you Ms. Vickye !!!

Fantastic experience: Had my last lesson today and had an amazing time! I was pretty nervous being behind the wheel since I had driven before, but wasn't comfortable taking the test yet and wasn't sure what I could work on and improve. BJ was super friendly, and made me feel really confident and prepared! He was awesome at explaining things in a way that made sense and I would definitely recommend him as an instructor and the driving school as a whole for anyone trying to get their license!
