Fantastic experience: My experience with Greg’s Driving Academy was outstanding, thanks to my instructor, Mr. Mike. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very effective. He always took time to explain everything thoroughly and helped me improve my driving skills with confidence. The academy is well organized, and the lessons were tailored to my needs. I highly recommend both Mr. Mike and Greg’s Driving Academy to anyone looking for high-quality driving instruction.

Negative experience: My daughter had a drive this past week in Towson and drove with an instructor Jackie. My daughter let them know that she didn’t have a lot of practice and during the drive the instructor did not make her feel comfortable or confident about driving with her. She raised her voice when she made a mistakes and overall had a condescending demeanor about her. My daughter also had mentioned that they had spoke about who she was going to have for her second and third drive and was kind of putting down the other instructors and saying remarks like oh you probably won’t like this person.My daughter felt uneasy driving with her after she hit the curb. Instructor Jackie did not reinsure my child that everything was ok and just drove her back to the school and canceled the lesson. Jackie shouldn’t be able to work minors if she doesn’t have the patience she might be better off answering the phones. Please if your child is scheduled with Jackie RUUUUUUUNNNNNNN!!!!!- Mama Bear

Positive experience: The driving instructor Jackie Wilson at the Towson location struggles to demonstrate patience, compassion, and professionalism to her clients. During our second driving practice, she became increasingly tense and frustrated when I made mistakes ("I don't understand why you're messing this up", "I shouldn't have to keep telling you this", "did I tell you to go there?!"). Her attitude led me to feel extremely uncomfortable during our session - to the point where I had to end it an hour early because her impatient behavior kept getting worse. My experience with her was damaging and a major setback to my confidence. I have filed a complaint and am writing this review to caution new drivers like myself. Jordyn in customer service was great with taking my complaint and quickly switching me to other instructors, Alex and Bill. They each have their own styles, but both have been patient, appropriately challenging, thorough, clear, professional, and helpful. They are really helping to rebuild my confidence (made it to the highway for the first time yesterday!), and I feel grateful for that, at least.

Negative experience: Have been listening to the instructor while my daughter takes this class. He rambles on about people sinning, not looking at 'bad people' on motorcycles, being a pilot. . . then he skips over slides that have actual relevant content.

Negative experience: Class portion was fine. Getting actual drive time with an instructor is a joke! Totally do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Dee was a great instructor! She likes to talk and is pretty silly; it’s chill yet she still gave me good tips on my driving and helped me when I needed it and always made sure I knew where I was going.

Negative experience: This review is for the driving instructor Lydia, who was the most rude and inappropriate person I have ever met. She did not ask me how many hours I had driven or ask to see my learner's permit, the way every I has seen every other instructor ask their students. She took me out on the road without explaining where we were going first, loudly ordered me to turn onto a major intersection, and when I panicked she slammed on the breaks and made me switch seats. She made me cry, and said "That's okay, I made my son cry too when I taught him how to drive." She asked me really inappropriate questions about my age and physical appearance. I was so traumatized after this experience, it took 2 years for me to schedule another session at a different location.

Negative experience: The guy instructor was amazing Mrs Dee is unprofessional and scream at the kids while she supposed to be giving them lessons she should not be an instructor she rude and she doesn’t know how to control her anger she may need a mental evaluation

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my instructor Emmit over at that driving school. Nice and friendly people. Way better than ABC Driver's Education where I would have a bad experience over there and they censored my reviews on all of their pages on Google

Negative experience: My daughter had a terrible experience at Greg's. He was super unprofessional and he took her to HIS HOUSE during her drive time! Her other instructor wouldn't stop commenting on her ethnicity. Overall, awful etiquette.

Positive experience: I didn't appreciate the manner in which they cancelled the driving instructor time that we scheduled a month ahead of time. Very unprofessional. Update 9/26: they are going to honor the original time scheduled. Said it was a mistake in the system.
