Located in the heart of Towson at 8641 Loch Raven Blvd, Hands On Wheels Driving School stands as a premier destination for aspiring drivers in Maryland. We pride ourselves on a curriculum designed to foster confidence and safety, offering a comprehensive program that balances virtual classroom instruction with essential behind-the-wheel training. Whether you are a teenager seeking your license or an adult looking to refresh your skills, our structured courses adapt to your pace, with flexible timelines ranging from two weeks to four months.

Our greatest strength lies in our team. All instructors are state-licensed and have passed rigorous federal background checks, ensuring that every lesson is delivered by a courteous, patient, and professional guide. We understand that modern lifestyles demand flexibility, which is why our virtual driver education course allows students to complete the 30-hour classroom requirement using their preferred device—be it a phone, tablet, or computer—via live ZOOM sessions. This interactive approach not only saves time and gas money but also engages students with multimedia activities that make learning the rules of the road enjoyable.

Beyond the classroom, we provide personalized behind-the-wheel training tailored to specific age groups and needs, including teen and adult packages of varying hours. We also assist with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) road test preparation, offering designated test locations in Essex and Belair. Join a school where reliability and friendliness are paramount, and take the first step toward responsible driving. Contact us at (410) 686-4373 to register or learn more about our referral program.
