Negative experience: Never again they tried to charge me 75$ after they cancelled my behind the wheel lesson idk what’s going with the management but yall need to get it together

Negative experience: Scheduling behind the wheel lessons is extremely poor. The website does not have any posted times available. After 17 phone calls, 4 voicemails requesting a call back an individual answered the phone. He indicated their policy is that lessons have to be scheduled 30 days apart, and that lessons were not posted to be able to book. By the month that would be next posting my subscription would expire. This is a terrible experience and misleading.

Positive experience: Classroom instruction was good. But, trying to get behind the wheel lessons scheduled is a nightmare. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't answer their phones, respond to voicemail, or emails. It is extremely frustrating.

Negative experience: The ladies who answer the phones are the worst so rude, customer service is trash

Negative experience: Teacher is mean and unreasonable with bathroom breaks.
