Welcome to Superior Driving School, where proficiency and safety are our top priorities. Located in Tacoma, WA, we are a locally owned and operated driving school that has been serving the community for over 20 years, helping over 20,000 families in their journey to obtain their driving licenses.

Our caring and qualified instructors are dedicated to assisting students, particularly those aged 15 to 17, who are excited to enroll in our traffic safety program. We understand that this is an exciting time for young drivers, and we ensure they learn not just how to drive, but also the crucial responsibilities that come with holding a driver's license.

We offer a range of programs, including the Basic Driver Education, tailored to meet different needs and age groups. Our learning environment, which includes both classroom instruction and hands-on driving time, is designed to equip students with lifelong skills.

Once training is complete, we can administer the 40 Question Written Test to finish off their learning experience. We look forward to seeing you on the road!

Negative experience: We had an appointment for my son. To get his license on Feb 24 at 9 am. We showed up; nobody was there. We called, no answer. I know things can happen but it’s now March 1 and the lady that scheduled us hasn’t even bothered to reach out and apologize. Unprofessional!

Negative experience: I would of loved to get driving lessons here. But the lady who I talked to on the phone was rude and talked over me the whole time. Please fix your website to not show you can pay for adult driving lessons. It says for programs you can’t pay and to call but it isn’t clear about private lessons. The website shouldn’t have an add to cart option it is confusing. Thank you.

Positive experience: Not too bad! The gentleman who administered the test was a good guy. However I DID NOT like the woman at the counter. She's rude on the phone and short in person. I can forgive that since I passed my test in 5 minutes lol STUDY!!
