A Driving School of Gig Harbor, Inc. stands as a pillar of driving education in Gig Harbor, being the second oldest driving school in Washington State and the oldest on the Kitsap and Gig Harbor Peninsulas. With courses that last between 5 to 7 weeks, students gain access to personalized tracking of their progress through an online portal, allowing easy scheduling of lessons and management of payments.

Negative experience: Can’t recommend this driving school. Class sizes are big and it’s very busy. I couldn’t get anyone to return phone calls or text messages. Totally unprofessional. I will not be sending my other child to this school.

Fantastic experience: Colby literally is hands down the BEST driving instructor. His classes are informative, his laid back personality and humor makes the kids feel comfortable with him in the car on drives. He’s flexible and understanding with kids who have a busy sports schedule. I had to reschedule my son’s class 4 times because of his basketball schedule and never once did he make me feel like I was a burden. Both of my kids went to Colby and this driving school and I’m so thankful they did!!
