Negative experience: Poor communication, I asked the day off to take my test to later find out that because he took to long to change his name to mine on the appointment it was cancelled and now I have to ask for another day off, I also payed an hour of training and only got about 20 minutes with no feedback and I’ve been learning what to expect from the exam from other random people. He gave the wrong number to send the payment to and then told me I haven’t paid him when the money had been pending for two weeks. Overall poor customer service and bad management skills.
