Negative experience: Customer service is trash. They cant even answer the phone and greet you correctly. Just called twice and was on hold each time for 4+ minutes. The first time it hung up on its own. Second time I hung up. Third time the phone was answered and no one said a word just put me on hold. I can take my money elsewhere and actually utilize more convenient options to complete this task. The phone call is a first impression. I work at a bank and i know what it means to properly greet ppl and answer the phone correctly. Do better. Elevate the service. Just because we need evaluations doesnt mean we arent ppl that deserve to be handled with respect.
