Negative experience: Would not refund my money after canceling service. Have to go through my bank and PayPal to get anything back. Extremely difficult to work with.

Good evening,

While its upsetting that you had a difficult experience, you are not telling the whole truth. You were given everything needed to join the class, like every other student. You claimed you had technical difficulties joining the class online and missed it. After missing the class, we offered many different dates and times for you to be able to join and make up the class, but you refused all the other options we gave you. We believe we held up our end by giving you access to the class, and then offering many alternatives when you were unable to join, and then refused all the alternatives solutions we provided.
