Fantastic experience: Mr. and Mrs. Potts are amazing and take their time with their students. They treated my son like he was their own and were so helpful to both of us during the process. I feel much better about my 15 year old being on the road now- although it is still scary.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was very patient with me and helped me feel confident behind the wheel. I learned so much about the road, rules, and safe driving.

Positive experience: Would definitely recommend! The 8 hour class is quite boring and I feel as thought it shouldn’t be 8 hours, but the 6 hours of driving time with an instructor was so worth it! I learned a lot about the road and my instructor set me up perfectly and made sure I was ready to take my test! When I took my drivers test I was very confident and comfortable and passed with ease. 100% Would recommend to others.

Negative experience: Getting intouch with them is nearly impossible. The driving instructor was pleasant. The man who does driving test was rude, distracted and made my daughter completely uncomfortable. I had a feeling in would be a problem after he was rude on the phone but, they have an absolutey no refund policy. Will not use in the future. Would not suggest if you have child who is nervous about test taking.

It is unfortunate that you were unhappy with the outcome of your daughter’s road test! We strive to satisfy all of our customers and hate the bar wasn’t met with you! We train and test a plethora of students from nervous/antsy/anxious etc and haven’t had problems or complaints before, in fact Mr. Potts (the man that tested your daughter) is highly requested by parents/students, which also plays into why you may not be able to reach us right away! We are glad you all had a great experience while being trained behind the wheel but not so great during the road test. We appreciate the feedback and hope to continue to raise the bar!
