Negative experience: Beware - for driving lessons, these guys will get you in fast for your first lesson (CA requires 3 lessons) but then it’s a several week wait for your next lesson. And they won’t refund you for unused lessons if you want to go elsewhere due to the ridiculous wait. Do not use.

Negative experience: Overall, I would not use this driving school and pick another one. My son did six hours of deiving once he got his permit. His first instructor was really good, he was not available for the next two lessons. During his last lesson, his instructor was 45 minutes late and he did admit that he had the time wrong on his schedule. While we were waiting for the instructor to show up at the scheduled time, I contacted the school, but no one picked up and left messages. To this day I have contacted and emailed the school Requesting some kind of a refund because of the lateness and I still have not heard back. That is very poor customer service. Also, my son was not taught certain techniques during his lessons which were pivotal for him taking his road test for his license.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this driving school! Frank was my instructor and he was amazing! Truly a great resource that made the behind the wheel driving test that much easier. Not to mention, on time and very reasonable prices too. I got booked into an appointment swiftly and there was a lot of communication about when and where my appointment would be! Not to mention I was picked up and dropped off at my place of residence! Can't recommend A1 Driving and Traffic School enough!

Negative experience: Never got to drive because this company would not answer the phone at all. I really feel like I got scammed. I paid for three lessons and didn't get an email confirmation, their website is outdated, and they would answer the phone during business hours. This is my second day trying to get in contact with them. I will be demanding a refund :/
