Fantastic experience: they helped me pass my test!

Negative experience: The guy is really patient and nice. The lady however was quite rude to my sister. I passed my behind the wheel exam with this company but mainly practiced with my parents. My sister started going there after me and she had a negative experience doing her behind the wheel test with that lady. She didn’t get as much practice as me since she stays on campus for school. I don’t remember the lady’s name but my sister told me she kept comparing her to me! She gets too comfortable and sarcastic with people she doesn’t know well. She also made my sister feel even worse after she failed and just puts salt on an open wound. She even talked to her as if she was guaranteed to fail. I would recommend another driving place and/or practicing with your parents/friends if you can. It’s not worth ALL that money. Edit: In response to the company, there is a difference between being honest professionally and unprofessionally. The interactions you had with my sister were inappropriate. I already mentioned her not being prepared. The issue is the lack of regard for her when you're being rude and sarcastic. The point isn't her not passing the test, it's the way you behaved that day. You seem to be forgetting the part when you were comparing her to me and making slick comments. This message is constructive criticism, please be free to use it as an example!
