Fantastic experience: Mr Weber was the driving instructor that my son had the most on the road experience with. He was an excellent instructor. He was very patient and very helpful when teaching the maneuvers needed for the drive 6 exam. Mr woods was my son’s classroom instructor and was a very nice person. He made learning about the ways of the road enjoyable and engaging. Over all my son’s experience at top driver was very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Ms.Pam is very kind and nice! She was so patient with my daughter. She made her feel so comfortable in the car which boosted her self-confidence in her 1st session. We would love to book more sessions with her even though we have to drive for about minutes to get to wheaton.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this program enough! We did the "Behind The Wheel With ADHD" through the Wheaton location. It was fantastic. We had Mr Karl. He was so patient with my son and gave him the confidence he needed to succeed. In this program they meet the student where they are and build on that. There was no rush or pressure to succeed. Just patience and kindness to keep reviewing what needed to be done. There were no surprises for my child. Expectations were clear and concise. The individualized instruction cut down on distractions immensely. This program really helped my child focus on driving safely.

Fantastic experience: I had a great driving experience, and felt safe in the car. I had Pam Kranich and she was encouraging and helpful. She also taught me how to parallel park and back into a parking spot, so I have extra driving maneuvers that other teachers wouldn’t have time to teach me. She goes above and beyond, and I would totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: I sent my teen age daughter for Driver ED course at Top driver.I am very happy I made this choice. She just got her license, her instructor Pam did awesome job,she was very patient and helpful.I do recommend her for behind the wheel training. My daughter is driving with safety and confidence. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Pam Kranich at Top Driver in Wheaton, Illinois, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I booked my lessons to the final drive, Pam's professionalism, patience, and teaching skills were top-notch. Pam was flexible and accommodating, working with me to schedule lessons that fit my busy schedule. She was always on time and made sure we started each lesson promptly. Her ability to explain complex driving concepts in a clear and concise manner made it easy for me to understand and absorb the material. What I appreciated most about Pam was her positive and encouraging attitude. She created a comfortable learning environment, allowing me to feel at ease and confident behind the wheel. Her feedback was constructive and actionable, helping me to improve my driving skills rapidly.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Kranich is an absolutely fantastic instructor. She made me feel very comfortable and safe in the car, and is an overall genuinely nice person. Not only that, but she is amazing in the actual teaching aspect as well. I learned a lot on the road and in the classroom from her.

Positive experience: My daughter recently completed her driving test (for her license) with Top Driver. Karl was great- explained the process and scoring prior to the drive then did a thorough debrief afterward. My only complaint with Top Driver was trying to get behind-the-wheel sessions scheduled.

Fantastic experience: i was in class with Miss Pam and i finally got a in person drive and she was my driver today and everything we did today she taught me so well in class. Miss Pam has helped me so much

Negative experience: It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in person lessons. I’ve called every week for months and all I’m told is that there is no openings. Also, I was charged an extension fee even though it is not my fault that they do not have classes available. It is an absolutely joke and whoever decides to sign their kid up should be made aware of that. They don’t tel you that classes are impossible to get. Follow up to the Top Drive’s response to my review. The claim that my son had permit for a year and I did not attempt to schedule lessons is a lie. Please check your records again. I’m not the only person complaining about the lack of in person classes, at least two other people posted about this issue as well.

She recently had a lesson with Pam K. who not only put her completely at ease during the lesson, but also completely changed my daughter’s attitude towards driving. Thank you so much! Pam is definitely a keeper! Highly recommend this instructor and this school.

Fantastic experience: Went with Top Driver because they have a special program for kids with ADHD. Was very impressed with the program. The materials were very accurate and had lots of good information.

Negative experience: This driving school is very difficult to get in person driving lessons. I have to stalk the website to schedule appointments and repeatedly call to get them scheduled. Customer service says my best option is to just keep checking. My daughter is eligible to get her license at the end of August and now we are looking at her not to be able to get it until October because they have no appointments available through September. I would not recommend this business after our experience here. Top Driver, your long winded response with the details of my daughter’s account is irrelevant to my point. Thus far, scheduling these driving lessons has been a complete headache. I have to check the website multiple times a day and months in advance. The bottom line is your customer service does nothing to assist or accommodate paying customers.

Negative experience: We paid for in-vehicle driving, but have only been able able to get one session because there aren't any available (months in advance). They only release new dates once a month at 12pm, and only allow 2 sessions per month, with 15 days in between. I'd recommend NOT paying in advance for in-vehicle.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just got her license! She entered driver’s education during COVID. The On Demand classroom course was the perfect fit for our needs at that time. Karl B. was a great instructor for her in car experience. He was friendly and really took the time to make both of us feel comfortable with the process. My daughter has become a great driver!

Negative experience: Top Driver Wheaton is amazing and so are many of the drivers instructors. Except 1... I believe his name was Jeffery although he did not even tell my learner his name. He was rude and made my learner feel very uncomfortable and nervous. He said that my learner was a bad driver when teachers before said my learner was very good and easy to work with. He also made my learner feel like my learner was driving wrong and was taught the wrong way. Very disappointed in this.

Fantastic experience: Great program and easy to use. Scheduling is made easy with the online scheduler and anytime you have an issue, a call solves every problem as well. They offer lots of times and opportunities for make ups and I can;t think of anything that would make this program any easier to use or better. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very easy to work with this company. Great instructors in the classroom as well as driving. Will send my other kids here when they are at the driving age.
