Negative experience: They did not provide my sister highway/freeway lessons as it is advertised on their website. They told her during her lessons that the highway is not allowed and they cannot do it, even though highway/freeway lesson was a bullet point of the assignments on their website site and in the physical paper assignment she received for her lessons. Super shameful that a driving school service would not teach her how to drive on the freeway even though she paid for 3 lessons that were $300 dollar total. There was no mention of time restrictions either as they were 6 hour lessons, they just blatantly told her “they are not allowed to do the highway.” Why is it on the website as a checklist of driving assignments to be done then? My sister should have been told they would not be doing highway lessons at all during the 3 lessons prior to payments being requested and given as the 3rd lesson she did she had time to learn the highway/freeway. Even if it was just a minute or two of basic highway training then it would have been understandable, but being lied to about highway training not being allowed is not right. The photo shows her check list for all 3 lessons together that she attended, no other check list was ever provided for the 2nd or 3rd lesson, those were continued on this paper.

Fantastic experience: Linda is the best. She's a great teacher and I could tell she really cares. I passed my test on the first try. I would recommend buckle up again and again to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Linda is fantastic! My son had graduated high school and he didn't get around to getting his license. We began working with him, but there's only so much we know to teach and how to teach him. We knew he needed more, and better, instruction than we could provide and we happened across Buckle-Up. Right from the first call it was clear that Linda was truly invested in making sure he'd learn what he needs to know to be a good driver. He wasn't interested in doing the lessons at first, but he changed his mind on that almost immediately after they started his first lesson, and he looked forward to his next one. Not only is she a great driving instructor, she genuinely wants to make sure her students succeed - a rare find now-a-days. Thanks Linda!

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended a different driving school and completed their program, but she was having trouble passing her driving exam. She had tried multiple times and was very frustrated and about to give up on driving. I felt desperate to find her some help! We contacted Buckle Up Driving School, and I am so glad we did! Linda helped her build confidence and learn to enjoy driving. She knew all about the different testing sites and recommended the best site for my daughter to complete the test. She met with us three times, and the transformation in my daughter's driving was remarkable. After working with Linda, she passed on her next try (first try after working with Linda). Fantastic experience: If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, this is where I would give it. Linda is brilliant!!! From the first conversation with her she was kind, informative, and clever at assessing what is needed. She is very detail oriented and provides instruction that helps drivers to be informed and confident. Linda is who to go with without reservation or second thought.

Fantastic experience: Linda is awesome! I was so worried at first but after the first lesson I was confident she could help me. Very clear instructions. Lots of positive affirmation when you do good and gentle coaching when you are messing up. I was/am a very nervous driver. Terrified of driving but I have my license now! I passed with very little mistakes. I will say to give yourself time and to practice as much as you can in-between sessions. And book your road test with the DMV as soon as you can around your last session with Linda. They fill up extremely quickly.

Fantastic experience: I took my first try road test and I passed! Shout out to Linda who taught me patiently, being firm and corrected me whenever I did something wrong. Linda is really good at calming my nervous and she gave me so many tips on how to pass the road test. I will recommend buckle-up driving school to my friends and family in the future.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my license test in a breeze and my instructor was the greatest at teaching me all the skills I needed to pass. She was concise and clear when teaching and explaining all the steps to different maneuvers. These lessons really helped me a lot and I recommend to anyone who wants to pass their license test first try to pick this place. You won’t be confused when learning and you won’t regret it.

Negative experience: They told me I needed more experience in order to be taught. Doesn’t make sense if it’s a driving school. If I knew how to drive I wouldn’t apply but I guess you need to know how to drive in order for them to teach you.

Fantastic experience: Buckle up driving helped so much more than anything else I’ve tired. Linda is a next level instructor who does not just sit there and let you be wrong. She makes sure to correct the small, important details and takes her job very seriously. There was a HUGE difference in my confidence level after driving with Linda. After the session with her, I felt 100% confident that I would pass.

Fantastic experience: I just went to the hardest DMV in Minnesota, Arden Hill, and passed it. Honestly with you, if you really want to learn how to drive a car and play their game, Linda is the one you have to go to. She is lovely and passionate and knows what she is talking about (well, she has trained drivers for almost 20 years). I can't recommend Linda and Buckle Up Driving school enough. Definitely one of the best driving schools out there if you are looking for one. P/s: FYI, I'm 20 years old.

Fantastic experience: I've sent four teens through Buckle Up and they came back as truly amazing drivers. Linda knows how to calm nerves, prepare them well for the road test and to help them become confident and careful drivers. It's far more effective and personalized instruction than Safeway. There's no comparison. I'm so grateful my teens had Linda teach them to drive!

She’s very patient and understanding and very easy to talk to. She talks you through things and is very very supportive. Fantastic experience: I loved working with Linda, I took my driving test many times before working with her. I finally passed during the fall of 2019. Very friendly! Makes sure you get the hang of things right away! I recommend others to go through this driving school as well :)

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Linda. She is very patient, good at explaining things and she cares about her student's success. I read the review about the instructor being on the phone, she did take a phone call once or twice, but she made sure it was at a time when I was comfortable, she was still very attentive to our surroundings and even when on the phone she gave instruction when needed.

Negative experience: I wouldn't trust this place. I'm a bus taker, and while waiting at a bus stop, a little silver/grey car with door advertisement. Nervous teen driver, passenger, laid back, not paying attention, TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE! Isn't she there for the kid behind the wheel.
