Fantastic experience: Classes, lessons and the road test were easy to schedule (though there are time periods that are more busy than others and advanced scheduling is necessary). I found them to be courteous and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We are in Stamford and chose Lewis on recommendation from a medical professional since we were concerned about our new driver's anxiety and lack of confidence in learning how to drive. Lewis's flexibility in scheduling made it possible for us, and it is a miracle that they produced a conscientious, thoughtful driver, competent enough to pass the test on the first attempt!

All of the instructors I worked with, especially Sam, were patient and gave me such good advice/tips. Fantastic experience: Second teen completed this program with great success. If you are nervous about teaching your child on the road, their instructors are great. If you’ve got an athlete and their schedule doesn’t work with all the on line courses, they work with you to get it done. If you think that there aren’t any road instruction classes available, the cancellation list is actively managed and appointments become available weekly. We are very happy with our two different experiences and will be back with our third teen. We live in Wilton.

Fantastic experience: Rob is an absolutely incredible driving instructor. I genuinely don't think without him I could have got my license and for an anxious adult learning to drive he showed infinite patience and empathy. He works within your limits while pushing you just enough to get you to succeed but not so much that you lose confidence and want to give up. It is a truly a rare and admirable skill to be able to help people overcome such a long term difficult obstacle in their life for which I am eternally grateful. Absolutely do not hesitate to book Rob if you are an adult driver or for your child as he is dedicated, kind and genuinely will be invested in your success. 10 stars. Lewis itself the cars are clean and well maintained and the system is easy to schedule lessons. Availability especially for Rob is sometimes tricky (worth the wait) but they have always been very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: It was a very nice school. The office was good , very quick worked for me. My instructor was Rob. He was best. I haven't been driving for about 15 years, so I went to get my license again. I had afraid of driving, but he understood my point and taught me, now driving became fun. Also it was very nice that driving instructor came to my house and lesson around my neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Our son went through the Lewis Training and it was a great way to educate, provide practical experience behind the wheel while offering a chance to engage/ask questions to make him safer and more knowledgeable on the road. We found the information to be thorough and situationally sound. We’ll use Lewis again when our youngest child is preparing to get his license.

Fantastic experience: Our triplet boys have been taking lessons with Lewis school of driving and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We found Lewis to be very professional and our boys liked every instructor they had! The whole process was made easy and even when one of our boys was ill and missed a classroom zoom before his test, Lewis arranged a private zoom so he could still take his test on the date booked. I would recommend booking lessons in advance to secure suitable times as they do get booked quickly. All staff are extremely helpful and professional and we have no reservations in recommending Lewis School of driving.

I don’t like long reviews so I’ll make this quick and easy to read: - I received A+ service from everyone I interacted with. - Brigam was an excellent tutor and I am so grateful for the tips he gave me during lessons. He made everything so easy. - Rob was the best person that could have taken me on to my road test. His knowledge seems almost limitless. Fantastic experience: I did my classroom requirement to have a driver's permit with Lewis via a promotion at groupon. Wanting to go on a budget my on the road driving class, I went to a different driving school as suggested by a friend because she said it is cheaper but I felt like the instructor dont teach me enough, doesnt gives me confidence, and makes me feel uncomfortable and just nervous all the time. Tried asking my husband to take me out to teach me but that too, didnt go very well as to his point, he isnt really equipped or good in instructing on driving. When Im just trying to learn how to drive, it is very important that I gain the confidence I need. As much as I wanted to save money on classes to get my license, my main goal really is to be able to drive my son anywhere whole, alive and safe. So I enrolled at Lewis for driving classes. It pays off in the end. They were nice to me the whole time. Worked with my schedule very well and even pick me up at work and sends me home. Rob is so calm and funny i dont feel nervous whenever we do our on the road classes. He tells me and gives me time for me to correct my mistakes and learn from it. Fantastic experience: We taught all three of our kids how to drive and only had them take the mandatory 8h theory classes with 2 hours of driving lessons. My oldest did the 2 driving lesson option (discontinued since) and road test with Fresh Green Light in Darien 4 years ago. Even though being a good driver the driving instructor the night before his road test told him that he would fail - I had to take him out to drive that evening just to bolster his confidence again. He passed the next day without any points taken off. My middle one took the road test at the DMV in Danbury and did not pass three years ago - supposedly touched the grass parallel parking! I found out about Lewis School of driving and he went there. Took two lessons and had his road test the next week - passed without a problem. My youngest took two lessons with Lewis and passed two days ago. Both had Rob as an instructor who was really great. My experience with Lewis: they actually seem to care about the students, scheduling lessons and road test was easy (we had long waiting times at Fresh Green light). Also, I thought the mandatory parent "lesson" was a lot more informative at Lewis. Fresh Green light focused mainly on distracted driving and kids being killed showing a lot of videos. Lewis did too, but also gave parents tips how to teach their kids how to drive and what to watch out for. The parent class at Lewis was run by the owner who did an excellent job.

They were so accommodating and was able to work with my schedule and situation on a very short hand notice. I had Kevin and Rob as instructors both of whom were exquisite. Fantastic experience: All 3 of our children attended Lewis School of Driving. The class schedule is flexible and abundant, giving them all the ability to finish at their own pace. The driving instructors are patient and clear and Rob was fantastic with putting us all at ease. For anyone with new drivers, the discount on insurance for completing the program is a needed bonus. Love this family run business and would highly recommend them!

Her easy going nature really helped calm my nerves behind the wheel. She was also great at breaking down instructions in a way that I can understand. I honestly could not have passed my road test without her expert instruction, really glad I decided to take lessons here!

Positive experience: Great service great trainers from the first day I star the course until I got my license, but don't miss no appointments because the lady will be changing you $40.00 penalty for not showing up!!!
