Negative experience: Es una desgracia que sea una hispana la que imparte las clases y que mal trato de da a sus alumnos , me toco tomar las clases en este lugar y es muy grocera con las personas , se encarga de humillar a la gente y siempre trata la manera de dejarlo a uno en vergüenza , cierto uno es el que necesita pero pienso qué hay buenas maneras de tratar a las personas , si no quiere trabajar dando clases no lo haga SEÑORITA LUZ

Fantastic experience: My daughter (15y/o) and I had the best experience here! They were so accommodating from beginning to end- working with our schedules to get her driving done right away. There was no wait time to get her behind the wheel, something we were faced with at other driving schools. I'm confident they gave her the tools she needed for safe driving while also making it fun! Customer service is top notch- they are available and very responsive. You will no be disappointed after choosing St Charles Driving Academy in Luling.

Fantastic experience: My twins loved doing drivers ed here. From the beginning to the end of yesterday's road skills test was top notch. All instructors were very professional during driving as well as classroom instruction. My girls did the classroom portion over the Labor Day weekend and had it knocked out in 4 days. The driving took about a month and 1/2 to complete. Yesterday, my girls, myself and my husband received a lesson from the road skills instructor on the do's and don't for 16 year old drivers as well as upcoming17 year old drivers. They do truly care about every single student's success and safety. We live in Jefferson Parish and opted for St. Charles Driving School to get the classroom portion knocked out in a matter of days, sorry Jefferson Parish driving schools. Send your aspiring driver here and you will not regret his/her training with superior and trustworthy people at St. Charles Driving Academy.

They make it easy and convenient by picking the students up at home for the driving portion. I like the fact that they had a few different instructors that can give a well rounded learning experience. I feel both of my kids were prepared for the next phase of driving when they finished their training. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The instructors helped my daughter feel at ease during driving practice. They are very flexible and accommodating with driving hours. On the day of my daughter’s scheduled driving test, there was a last minute issue and they picked her up from our house to get it done. That went above and beyond out expectations and was a blessing to our disappointed kid!! Thanks so much to Coach Robicheaux!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend everyone sending their children to this driving school. Mr. Robicheaux made sure I knew all of the information of the road and being behind the wheel. Any question I could possibly come up with, they answered. Their whole staff truly cares about each student learning the material, but above all, making sure that they are safe. The driving experience was also great because I never felt anxious when I was driving. They make sure you are relaxed, but aware when you are driving so that you want to drive and don’t get overwhelmed.

Negative experience: Señorita Luz : How do you walk into a classroom look at your students and wail “ voy a tener un día muy pescados con ustedes”!!! What kind of customer service is this una experiencia horrible esta mañana. La señora llego de muy mal humor. Entro gritándole a una mujer por sentarse en su asiento. Los asientos no tienen nombres. Le grito a otro señor por no ver puesto una direction en su papel. Gritándole “down talking” to him como si fuera niño chiquito. A mi esposo le gritó porque no creía que su pasaporte esta vigente. Dijo que mucho hispanos tienen la costumbre de nunca tener sus papeles en orden. Porfavor no vallan a esta escuela. Hay muchas escuelas en New Orleans an su idioma. No nos debemos dejar tratar como basura I que no hablen como niños porque esta “maestra de manejo” se levanto con mal humor! Terrible customer service and yes you where getting paid for a service! Don’t try to humiliate your clients... again horrible experience I recommend no one to you!
