Fantastic experience: ms kim was the best driving instructor, she was so sweet and very respectful she made me feel very comfortable while driving and she was very easy to learn from and i was happy she got to teach me it was a very good experience driving with her

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school I've ever had to experience. I had the unfortunate oppurtunity to attend this school in JULY of 2021 and my driving instructor fell asleep on me, TWICE, on BOTH days. She made me drive all the way to her house because she forgot her phone charger on BOTH DAYS. Not only that but she was bad at 'instructing' who falls asleep on a 15 year old on a road going 55? Not only that but me and other Africans American girls were racially profiled and instead of the teacher addressing the situation, they were allowed to still enter the room. Not only that but the same boys where following and inappropriately making comments about girls bodies. Not only that but the way the owner replies to concerned parents and students is up right rude and completely unprofessional. Shame on you. Please do not go here.

We haven’t driven anyone named Jessica in the last 4 weeks. Or anyone with Jessica as a parent. This is a fake review. I’m not sure what your angle is but please get a life. We also never received a call from a parent. So sketchy.

Negative experience: I enrolled my daughter in this school, hoping for her to have a good experience. Not only did they allow her to be harassed about her race, but they told me that it was her fault that she was. They didn't acknowledge having known about it until I reached out to them. It was a very distasteful experience. I did get a full refund, but only after having to confront them about the traumatic experience that they allowed my teenage daughter to have. They didn't reach out to inform me but knew exactly what happened when I called the office. They blamed her and called me rude names. BEWARE!

2/19/22 I served in the Army so that ALL people can be treated equal. Not just some. Shame on you for this post. It’s irresponsible people like you that bring people further apart. This is a complete fabrication and her daughter is a trouble maker and so is this lady. We have 3 surveillance cameras and have it all on video. We addressed an issue and upon further investigation it turns out her daughters bad behavior was the root of the problem. Babie was upset that facts, and good judgement did not lean in her favor. At no point were we rude. We don’t have the time to deal with people with no manners. We gave her a full refund and asked her to be on her way. We know all the great things we have done throughout the years. Sometimes you have to fire the customer.

1/3/22 We texted the parent and the student the day before. The student responded that she was available. On the day of her daughters driving session the instructor and myself called and texted Babie and her daughter. We did not receive a response. So my instructor proceeded to her apartment and knocked on the door. No one answered. We then canceled her appointment after trying to get in touch with her for an additional 20 minutes. Sorry you didn’t answer your phone when my instructor was at your door step. Babie received our email of the cancellation and called screaming and cursing like a crazy person. We are an excellent school and don’t need the business from the likes of miss Babie. Also we gave you a full refund. These people trouble from the start. We have hundreds of five star reviews. Some people just can’t be pleased.
