Fantastic experience: This is the BEST driving school in the area!! The instructors are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially Jordan! Learning to drive is not easy but they made it a breeze. The new Aurora location is very exciting, I love to see this business expanding!! Never thought I would have a favorite driving school but here I am..lol! 10 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Green Light Driving school has been wonderful. Everyone there has been so nice and easy to work with. My daughters favorite instructor Jim was amazing. He was very calm, easy to talk with and explained the different driving maneuver. He made her a more confident driver.

Fantastic experience: Left a voicemail outside of regular business hours requesting a copy of my son’s completion certificate and had a call back and the certificate in my e-mail within an hour! Terry was so easy and helpful to work with, great customer service :).

Positive experience: In class sessions were great according to my son. Curriculum seems outdated but I’m not sure if that’s the schools fault or if they are mandated to use these (what seem to be) outdated materials from the state. The downside for us is booking behind the wheel lessons. You can’t book all that are needed at one time. You have to book and complete a lesson before you can book another. Two lessons per month which seems to be standard at most driving schools. But Just even trying to book one BTW lesson is a complete pain in the a$$ bc of the process that openings are only released once a week every Thursday except for the 23rd. Why can’t they Just open the whole months calendar and let people book. Put a block that they can’t book more than two a month but this current process is cumbersome and painful. I’ve talked to a few other friends about this, who do not seem to have the same exact behind the wheel booking issue that we’ve been having. ****** UPDATE: had a great convo with Terry who explained WHY they don't just open the whole months books up. Good or bad that is another kudos I will give this school, they will always return a phone call.

Positive experience: The class is very laid back, teaches everything we need to know, but not making it stressful. They let kids have a break in between hours during a 2 hour class so that they can stay focused easier. Great class.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are amazing. I am enrolled in the class and I like that they give us breaks and they make it easy to learn . Making up classes is really easy. The only issue is booking drives which is hard but possible to do.

Fantastic experience: They have a great curriculum and very good instructors. The course is short but packed full of information. There are breaks for the kids and I you are 15 you can get your permit right after starting the program.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Green Light! The instructors, especially Pedro and Joel, were terrific and super patient with my daughter throughout the process. The girls in the office were always helpful and friendly. I also wanted to say a special “thank you” to Terry in the office. She was an absolute godsend for us. We are truly grateful to her. Highly recommend Green Light!!

Fantastic experience: Green Light in Batavia did a really great job of helping us throughout the learner permit to license process for both of my kids. Terry or others always called me back right away to assist with questions or scheduling, Pedro and other instructors were helpful and flexible to work around sports and other scheduling conflicts, and when we had setbacks due to Covid-19 restrictions, they worked to get us back on track swiftly. They are priced competitively, too. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Terry was very helpful in getting things squared away on my son's incompleteness of progress due to COVID complexities when we had to switch to online. She also explained in detail what they are responsible for in meeting state requirements so I could understand better how to get them what they needed. I also have to compliment the instructors on that first Zoom meeting when the kids went crazy and disrupted everything. They didn't get mad (like I would have) but readjusted for the new environment with new procedures.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling drive time for my daughter was a challenge. We checked the schedule everyday and all drive time slots were always filled. I made one phone call and Terry returned my call within 24 hours. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to schedule two drives and only have one left to go. Thank you so much Terry for all your help!

Fantastic experience: i want to thank Christian Pearson the owner of Green light who went out of his way to help my son with his completion of the course. Scheduling had become a problem and Christian reached out personally and made it happen. Thanks again for your professionalism and swift attention.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to learn to drive. Some classes are conveniently right after school and students can walk there from Batavia High School. Whenever we called the office, Cindy was very friendly and accommodating, and answered our questions quickly and clearly. Larry is extremely kind and takes driving very seriously. He is a great driving instructor.

Negative experience: Passed a line of traffic, passed 3 signs saying "lane ends" and then cuts over at the last second. While the student driver may not know better it is my sincerest hope that I get to witness 80,000lbs of Kenworth sliding over the driving teacher

Negative experience: In the last month I have seen a total of 3 driving times available to schedule for my daughter. I would not recommend this place for that reason. Kids need to finish out hours. I check every day, sometimes a few times a day and nothing is ever available.

Negative experience: Overall not a horrible experience, but my last driver was not good, he showed up 30 minutes late and got me home 4 hours after my original time and kept all the other kids driving for way to long. The whole time he kept telling me how to do things in some weird way contrary to what my other instructors have said. Would recommend just finding an instructor you like and not switching like I did or just go to another school that has better reviews.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. They would cancel appointments at the last minute when I took off work to drive, but charged me a cancellation fee when I had to cancel one time. My driving instructor Terri was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm an adult and she knew my Dad was going to buy me a car and took it upon herself to lie about why she needed his number and called him and told him I need more lessons. She over stepped her boundaries on many occasions. She would tell at me while driving and talk down to me. Wish I would have gone somewhere else

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend going here they lost all my paperwork that I turned in months ago and now I have to redo it again to be able to get my license. Not a good business

Negative experience: My child ended the classroom months ago, but cannot get behind the wheel because there is nothing available. You are lucky if you can sign up for one hour of driving for the entire month. I have had 2 children with the driving school seven years apart. The first experience was great, this one not so.
