Negative experience: I just singed up today and started it 12Mar2025 and the course is completely outdated and after starting it and verifying my personal information they locked me out and now it wants me to redo it- not happening They can’t even count from 1-12 check it out

Negative experience: Do not purchase this program I completed 80% of this boring program it was asked to complete a verification about my own personal information that I enter correctly only for them to lock my account and tell me I had to start over after sitting for hours through this mundane videos. The other reviewer stated this is a scam I should have listened to them. Then when you reach out to customer service nobody contacts you back don't waste your money and your time do something else

Fantastic experience: Was very easy to use. A bit outdated but simple to use. The Certificate came within 10 business days. I tried using AAA but the pages wouldn’t turn and it kept getting stuck. I would strongly recommend this service but you need to use a newer computer I believe for it to work properly.

Fantastic experience: I took the course. It was great to pause it and return when I was able. Very informational. Not the cheapest course but with audio and video I thought it was a fair price. I paid $47

Negative experience: As everyone else says in the reviews, you'll want to avoid this program. Personally, I'm not sure if it is a scam, but the experience is certainly irritating and unreasonable. In NY (and I'm assuming other states), there is a verification process that is essentially in place to make sure that no one else is doing the course for you. You are prompted to answer personal questions and type random verification messages at the beginning of each chapter. If you fail this verification 5 times, your progress starts over (which could be hours of progess). Again, I can't confirm that this is a scam, but if not this verification system is definitely terrible. I have followed the verification instructions perfectly and the system still states that I have failed. This already happened twice on two separate devices, thus wasting hours of my time. I hope I am able to get a refund.
