Negative experience: Took the course. They took my money. They would send my status to DMV. They never did. Customer support sucks. Chat no one ever answers. Text messages no one ever answers. No response to email. People on the phone have no idea what I am talking about. Offices (near me), no one comes down to speak to me…

Negative experience: I have used this company for years with no issues and now all of a sudden I cant get any assistance. I did a new driving course and need the certificate for my insurance and I still haven't received it. Its been over a month and I have wrote letters to their website and no assistance has been made. I'm going on another month without the certificate being mailed to me. Its ridiculous. I will never use this company again and I'm urging others not to use this company because there are no live customerr service reps to assist. I'm so upset I wasted my money. I haven't received a letter or certificate copy and it is more than a month now
