Urban Driving School provides an exceptional online traffic school experience that is both convenient and effective. Customers appreciate the flexibility of the course, allowing them to complete chapters in short time frames, as well as the clear explanations of driving laws and regulations that benefit both new and experienced drivers.

While many users rave about the affordable pricing and helpful customer service, some feedback suggests that more transparency regarding additional fees for certificate delivery would enhance the overall experience. Comprehensive course content divided into manageable chapters.
Excellent customer support with prompt responses via live chat.

Fantastic experience: Honestly could've just sat down and got it over with, but really glad it was so flexible with me coming in and out to where I could do a chapter if I only had 30mins to spare! 10/10 experience super easy and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I wish all schools were like this one. I don't know if they tested me based on my driving experience or if they treated everyone the same way, but I appreciated that everything was explained clearly. I was able to review and expand my knowledge and learn some new information, even though I've been driving for a while. I also appreciate that they were able to send me my certificate right away via email and I trust that they will also send a copy to the court. The price and service are excellent. I will definitely recommend it.

Negative experience: Pls don’t get fooled by Urban Traffic School . There is no info on Fee on the Home Page, instead they give option for digital certificate, which leaves the customers in hang to just do the test and finish the task. Advice - just add one more line of fee so the customer knows.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this traffic school. They were easy and efficient, and I was able to understand the rules of the road in a clear format. I would recommend them to anyone else who needs a good traffic school.
